On a quiet, misty morning, 16-year-old Lina stood in front of her grandmother's old house. The house was deep in the countryside, far away from the noise of the city. Everyone said the house was normal — but Lina felt something strange the moment she stepped inside.
The wooden floor creaked under her feet.
Creeeak… Creeeak…
A cold wind brushed past her, even though all the windows were closed.
"Why does it feel so… alive?" Lina whispered.
Her grandmother had suddenly disappeared three days ago, leaving behind only a short note:
"Do not trust the silence. Find the hidden door."
Lina held the note tightly. What hidden door? There was no door in the house except the normal ones.
She began searching every room — the kitchen, bedroom, library — until she reached the dusty storage room. In the corner, behind a broken mirror, she noticed something strange.
A faint golden glow.
Her heart started pounding.
She pushed the mirror aside.
Behind it was a small wooden door carved with mysterious symbols. The air around it felt warm… and dangerous.
Suddenly—
Knock. Knock.
Someone was knocking from the other side of the door.
Lina froze.
Who could be there?
And why did the knocking sound… human?
She slowly raised her hand to touch the door—
