A stormy night where a mother is carrying a new born baby in her hands, running into the forest with pain and suffering, and her husband and villagers running behind, consoling her to let go of the child. She stops in the middle of the forest crying with a painful scream looking at the sky and repeating "WHY GODS? WHY?". The elder takes the baby from the mother's hand and places the lifeless body of the baby underneath the tree and walks away with others. But, the father stands near the tree looking at his lifeless son, and then turns around, to surprisingly hear a cry. The father with joy and happiness cries holding his son saying "THANK YOU GOD , THANK YOU".
AFTER 17 YEARS:
A small stone house where a clumsy fellow falls from his bed with a dream(The world is getting swallowed by darkness).Where he says "Ahh same as usual". He gets up, changes his clothes and gets out from the house. To look a beautiful sky with birds chirping, The mountains holding the glow of the rising sun. He walks along the path introducing himself "Hello, my name is Shadow. I know, i know you guys are wondering how a dude like me would have such a titled like name? To that question, i don't know as well. My mom died after i opened my eyes and pops named me as shadow. He was a bit drunkard" **remembering**... "Forget i said ' a bit'. Maybe he was drunk at the time of naming me....?Who cares? i got a cool name that's all matters to me." Shadow enters into a busy market where it seems that everyone is bowing to him, making him a path to a throne in the middle of the market. He reaches till the throne and takes a left. From behind the king of the nation sits upon the the throne and order's shadow to wave the fan for him. "(**What are you looking at ? you thought i am the king? i wish it was true**)" **daydreaming** "(i would've had 30 queens.)" looks down "(NO NO, 20 queens.)" again looks down "(NO NO, 10 queens.)" **gives up** "(okay! fine 5 queens. But, with a luxurious bath this world has to offer, and a fan servant (**feeling proud**). )" The day passes as the king gave the speech and in evening shadow is returning home, following the path where he hears a sound from the forest. **stunned** "may be it was in my mind" **starts walking**. The sound appears again **starts crying** "I am still single, i didn't even met a girl. Its okay shadow you are a man, a simple sound can't scare you..." **inhaling heavily** " 'man' my ass" **starts running** "There is a girl, if there is a life"...
NEXT MORNING,
Shadow overhears the conversations of the people about the sound of a monster from the woods. **He remembers** "Monster? I also heard the noise from yesterday. I believe its the same noise that the people are talking about. But, a monster so close to the capital? I wonder, what the phantoms are doing?"
Over a building an unknown figure appears keeping an eye upon shadow.
Shadow enters into the king's castle where he feels like something is off. Walking further he notices that everything is silent and no one are present not even the guards. Moving a bit more further a figure appears in front of him.
Shadow :"Hello, do you need something?"
Unknown :"Ah hello, i am here to take signature from the king for my admission in phantom university."
Shadow :"woah, u are a phantom? (**looks like a eating disaster to me**)
Unknown :"yeah i was first scared to attend the phantom academy, now i got courage to get into the academy"
Shadow:**jealous of him**(**should've stayed at home you fatso**)
Unknown :"you there?"
Shadow :"yeah fatso. I mean yeah what's your name again?"
Unknown :"bob".
Shadow:(**dying inside**)"yeah bob!!! Soo king is busy right now so you take your giant bowl and never come again. I mean come tomorrow".
Bob :"But the king is not in the castle."
Shadow : "what?" opens the throne room
Shadow:" but why? King isn't here, not even a soldier. Did he ran? Abandoned the kingdom? Or is he hiding?. What is going on???
Bob :"do you know where the king is? you are a official right?"
Shadow :"come on we need to get out of here"
Bob :"But, my signature?"
Shadow turns to run but the wall of the throne room collapses and a captain level abyssal monster appears in front of them. Both of them terrified tries to run the other way but the doors of the throne room is shut by a unknown spirit energy.
shadow :"You are a phantom right fight it protect me"
Bob :"i don't even know to control my powers"
shadow :"what is your aspect?"
Bob :"it's physical"
shadow :**disappointed** "thought so"
Bob starts running here and there but instantly gets tired
Shadow :"physical !! my ass. you can't even run a mile how are we supposed to defeat that thing?"
Bob :"who is defeating it? you see that? he is holding a head and removing the hairs to eat it."
shadow :"so?"
Bob :"it means it has thinking. Its a captain level monster. i want to go home **starts sobbing**"
shadow :"(**so it is a captain level, Bob has physical aspect but zero training. We need at least two high level physical phantoms to defeat it, What should we do now?**)
The monster notices them and gives a terrific roar. It goes for shadow rather than Bob. Shadow calmly thinks to dodge the monsters attack. But, the monster moved quicker than shadow thought he would. And when the claw of the monster was barely on the face of Shadow, He remembers a voice of a lady saying("don't you die"). At that time Shadow saw that the world froze around him as if he was controlling the time. His hand with a white glow looked like a rage which wants to be pointed towards the monster. As soon as Shadow pointed his hand towards the monster. The glow in his hand became a beam of light, crushing the hand and heart of the monster at the same time.
Bob :"How did you do that?"
Shadow :**confused** "I don't know"
Bob :"but it was a captain level monster"
The unknow figure who was keeping an eye on shadow appears, clapping and congratulating Shadow for passing the test.
Shadow: "who are you?"
unknown figure :"?????????"
Shadow: "It can't be".
