Chapter 162 - Chapter 161 - Request

.Inside the room, on a large bed, Septimus was lying together with a beautiful woman.

The woman was a princess of the Kingdom of Galatia.

Septimus looked indifferently at the curvaceous woman.

The clones shared the same consciousness in different bodies.

Every experience lived by one clone was transmitted to hundreds of thousands of clones.

The clones functioned just like a computer that collects information and stores it on a central server.

The more clones existed in the world, the more the information collected and stored on the server expanded.

For a long time, the sexual desire of Septimus and all the clones had become nothing more than a simple pastime to relieve tension or satisfy the physical needs of the body.

Feelings lost their meaning, and the only thing that remained was the interest in possessing.

While Septimus was lost in his thoughts, the beautiful woman lay down on his chest.

"Who is that woman outside? She looks very beautiful. Do you like her?" asked the Galatian princess with a coquettish expression.

Septimus shook his head. "Her name is Sarah. She is an interesting woman. Our relationship is not what you think."

"All right, I do not care at all. Why don't we let her come in and play together?" said the Galatian princess with a seductive expression, while drawing circles on Septimus's chest.

Septimus glanced at her, but did not continue answering the question.

"I heard that you sent an envoy to Armenia to request Mithridates' head," the beautiful woman asked curiously.

"Yes," Septimus replied indifferently.

"If the King of Kings rejects you, do you really intend to invade Armenia?" the woman asked curiously.

"That is right. No one can protect Mithridates; whoever does so will die," Septimus replied calmly.

The Galatian princess said in a sweet voice, "If you defeat the King of Kings, do you really intend to turn Syria and Cappadocia into Roman provinces?"

Septimus slightly frowned at the woman's interrogation, but he did not attach importance to it.

"Yes, Tigranes has appropriated those lands, and I have no problem taking them back," said Septimus while fondling the woman.

The Galatian princess felt somewhat worried, and her father was also very concerned about Rome's territorial expansion; an aggressive Rome was a nightmare for many small countries surrounding it.

In this way, the Kingdom of Galatia was left completely surrounded by Roman provinces, and it seemed logical that Galatia would eventually become a Roman province.

"Armenia as well?" asked the beautiful woman.

"Yes," said Septimus while caressing her.

During the last battles, Septimus's ambitions increased, and he decided to use the war to spread thousands of clones into other countries and regions.

The conquest would also increase the number of provinces administered by Rome.

Cilicia, Pontus, Syria, Cappadocia, and other regions would become Roman provinces.

The clone soldiers would also settle in those regions and would become part of the upper class of the area.

According to Septimus's calculations, Rome could obtain at least five more provinces in addition to Bithynia.

Of course, if he managed to conquer Armenia, he would also be interested in turning it into a Roman province, thus raising the total to six provinces.

Keep in mind that Rome currently only has 10 provinces. Without a doubt, Septimus would be the general who had expanded the most territory since the founding of Rome. His achievements would far surpass those of Scipio, and no one would be able to compare with him.

A hint of concern appeared on the face of the Galatian princess; Septimus's ambition exceeded her expectations.

"Who sent you to gather information?" asked Septimus calmly.

The Galatian princess smiled seductively while gently pinching Septimus.

"My father asked me to gather information," said the Galatian princess.

Septimus nodded without attaching importance to the matter.

The Galatian princess, on the other hand, easily confessed everything her father had told her.

Septimus could be kind, but he was also an irascible person who was easily offended.

After an hour of exercise with the Galatian princess, Septimus got out of bed and left the room where he had spent the day.

At that moment, a fair-skinned woman with long brown hair and exceptional beauty approached. This woman was none other than Sarah, Spartacus's wife.

"General, would you like to have breakfast?" asked Sarah respectfully.

Septimus looked at the sky and realized that it was already past nine. It seemed that the debauchery had taken a lot of time.

"All right, give me some."

"Yes, General."

Shortly afterward, Sarah ordered some servants to bring food.

Sarah, an intelligent woman, had managed to increase her status among Septimus's female servants.

On the other hand, Septimus kept Spartacus's wife as a servant purely on a whim.

As Septimus bit into a piece of white bread, he noticed that Sarah's face had dark circles under her eyes.

"Have you been sleeping poorly lately? I have noticed that you have dark circles under your eyes," asked Septimus calmly.

"It is nothing, it is just that lately I have been having nightmares," said Sarah with a smile.

Septimus looked at her with some surprise. Sarah's visions and dreams eluded common sense.

"I remember that you were a priestess, weren't you good at interpreting dreams?" asked Septimus in an inquisitive tone of voice.

"My dreams foretell that my future is bleak," said Sarah calmly while looking at Septimus.

Septimus frowned as he observed Sarah.

Could some kind of god really exist in this world?

"We may soon go to war; it is not safe here. Tomorrow, you will leave for Campania together with the female servants and slaves," said Septimus, regaining his composure.

"Yes, General. May I ask you a question?" said Sarah.

"Ask whatever you want."

"My husband was sold as a gladiator slave to the fighting arenas, and I was wondering if you could forgive him," said Sarah while kneeling.

Septimus smiled slightly. "That is impossible. Everyone must pay the price for their actions, and deserters must be punished."

"I understand, General," said Sarah with a dejected expression.

Septimus calmly observed the beautiful woman with the ability to dream and predict the future.

"I can let you say goodbye to him, but you must become the woman of one of my men," said Septimus calmly.

Sarah nodded in understanding. She was not a naive woman and knew that her beauty would attract the attention of men.
