Back at the wastelands where Sōn was dealing with Aramanite, a huge blast of flames shot towards the sky. The heat was so intense, it reached up to billions of degrees, sizzling the wastelands and making the air unbreathable. The pillar of intense flames dissappeared, Sōn was walking out of the smoke caused by his maximum output. The sneakers on his right leg was completely destroyed, his arm also took some bruises and burns, as well as the fingers of his other hand. Sōn walked forward "I told you, I was going to burn my hand through your face.", he said to Aramanite who's face was burned through with Sōn hand imprinted on the left side of its face. It's right side was almost burned through as well, but it's white eyes and the side of its mouth that was left, was still showing that he was smiling. Aramanite dryly laughed at Sōn "Khhahaka!", before it kept silent and died. Sōn blinked, he looked like he didn't know what to do, his face was straight. Sōn sighed while scratching his head "Aahh! I went and did it. Lost my mind and wrecked this guy. Well, it's not the first time I've killed someone, yet alone a guy as strong as this. But, who cares? It was either me or him, right?". Sōn layed on the floor "You know, this guy just reminded me a lot about Tomoa. How he used his destructive orbs and stuff. Not just that, but each time we fought In hand to hand combat...", Sōn remembered himself crouching near the ground with burns and scratches on his hands and face during the days where he'd train with Tomoa. Tomoa would scold him "You're to aggressive. When you're fighting someone, you don't just depend on hand movements and raw aggression. You should be able to see everything and block every dangerous hit. With you, it's just a matter of time before someone figures out a way to hit you where it hurts and send you out of the a fight.", he continued to explain "Don't just depend on skill and raw aggression, know how to see things coming. Be versatile.". Sōn, still laying on the floor after killing Aramanite, still had a straight face, his hands stretch apart "Before myself and Raquel went on our actual mission, we usually did a lot of training missions. Going to forests, killing beasts that got In the way, patrol missions...", he sat up straight with his hand on his left knee "Looks like we really did suffer a bit.". Sōn stood up "Well, that's what being a soldier and assassin is all about.", he stood up and walked forward. Meanwhile, at 4:24AM in the outside world, Raquel was still having her devastating battle against Vancel and Aidera(The dragon girl). Raquel jumped from air to ground, running and dodging powerful beams that flew down her way, explosions from every attack nuked everything around them in this vast forest. Both Aidera and Vancel were chasing after Raquel, shooting giant balls of energy at her, and engaging her in hand to hand combat. As they fought, Raquel had the upper hand, especially against Vancel. She was able to block all her energy packed blows, cut through her beams at point blanck range and even kicked her accross the entire battlefield. But her problem was Aidera, the dragon girl kept up with Raquel for a long while in their devastating combat. Raquel jumped into the air, creating giant crystal constructs and projectiles, sending them flying at Aidera as they tore through the air. Aidera on the other hand was able to use her horns to create balls of energy, shooting each ball at Raquel's crystal projectiles as she flew up into the air towards Raquel. Raquel created a sword out of her crystals "Looks like you're a stubborn one!", she said before sending slashes of energy at Aidera. Aidera kept weaving through the slashes, although a few of them slashed her and gave her major cuts, but this didn't stop her. Aidera created chains that were black and red in colour, started spinning them, and was able to block and cut through some of Raquel's slashes. As she did so, Raquel came darting down at intense speeds, hardened her legs with her crystals and and then kicked Aidera straight on the abdomen, her kick was like a stab. Aidera, despite being enhanced with her new dragon powers, coughed up a major amount of blood "GBHE!". Raquel thought "She hasn't spoken much, this means the dragonification effect isn't allowing her to talk. She still thinks like a person, but she's been altered. Can she even turn back to who she was? Doesn't matter!". From the sidelines, Vancel came flying in at breakneck speeds "YOU BASTAAARD!", she yelled with rage, flying 50 times her previous speed. She slammed Into Raquel, both soldiers crashed straight into the ground. As they fought against each other, Vancel throwing relentless blows and kicks with brute force, while Raquel was going blow for blow with her. Vancel ranted with rage, every blow breaking the ground and sending tremors around a 1000 mile radius "HOW DARE YOU?! HOW DARE YOU HARM SASORIII!". Raquel got annoyed "I'm tired of you!", she growled, she immediately crystallised Vancel's arm and broke it. She crystallised her other hand and broke it as well before dominanting her with dangerous levels of combat. Vancel couldn't keep up anymore, she was coughing out blood with every insane blow Raquel dealt to her. Vancel had enough, she scremed "AAAAAAH!", robotic components from her suit all spread apart and created multiple cannons on air and started shooting beams at Raquel. The beams didn't even touch her, they deflected right back at the cannons, causing them to explode. Vancel charged at Raquel once more, her arms regenerating with the help of her robotic suit, she and Raquel were going blow for blow. Raquel kicked her accross mountains, created chains with her crystals, threw the chains at Vancel to grab her, dragged her back and then proceeded to crystalize Vancels entire abdomen. Vancel and Aidera were in shock, Aidera flew down to help her comrade "VANCEL!", but Raquel glared at her. Just the glear alone created a force that crystallised the air around Aidera for a moment before being pushed back into a mountain. Vancel was terrified "Huh? She was able to do that.....! WITH ONE GLARE?!". Raquel pointed at Sasori who was a few kilometres away, created an arrow with her crystals and shot it at the unconscious Sasori. Sasori immediately woke up the moment the arrow tore right threw him, cutting him in half. His eyes looked forward at Vancel who was a few kilometres away, Vancel looked back with hopeless in her eyes as Sasori slowly dropped "Vancel..... im sorry!", he softly groaned before he dropped to the floor and died. Vancel was completely broken "No....No!", she cried. Raquel didn't even give her the time to get her head straight, she immediately crystallised her hands and slapped it on Vancel's belly, turning her stomach into crystals before breaking her stomach apart with just one punch. Vancel coughed out more blood as she slowly fell "No.....! I can't die like this!" Her eyes met Raquel's cold yellow eyes "You where worried about Sasori that much, right? You'll be seeing him in the afterlife, don't worry.", Vancel dropped to the floor and died. Suddenly, Raquel heard a loud [BOOM], she looked to her left side and saw Aidera floating up in the air with giant dragon heads floating around her. Aidera was in pure rage as she looked at Raquel, her arms and wings got covered with her chains, making them sharper and more deadlier. Raquel looked at her with disinterest "Uh oh, looks like I'm in for a treat now.", she said sarcastically.
