Chapter 14 - Chapter 13 London 2.0

Jay's POV (Leaving Home for the Airport)

The car ride to the airport was filled with quiet excitement and a little nervous energy. I sat beside Keifer, clutching my small carry-on, my eyes wide as I took in the city lights fading behind us.

"You're unusually quiet, Jay," Keifer said, glancing at me with a teasing smirk.

"I'm… just thinking," I replied, my voice soft. "It's my first time going to London. I'm a little nervous."

He reached over and gently held my hand. "Nervous? You? My brave girl?" He chuckled. "Relax. I'll be there the whole time. Nothing can go wrong when I'm with you."

I smiled, squeezing his hand back. "I know… it's just… everything feels so new."

He leaned back in his seat, eyes on the road, but still kept his hand over mine. "New can be exciting, Jay. Trust me. London is amazing, but having you with me makes it even better."

"I hope I don't mess things up," I murmured.

"Mess up? You?" he said, laughing softly. "Jay… you make everything better just by being you. Don't worry about a thing. I've got you."

At the Airport

When we arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes. Keifer's private jet was sleek, black, and gleaming under the airport lights. My heart skipped a beat—this was so luxurious, so overwhelming, and yet… I felt safe with him.

"Wow… it's beautiful," I whispered.

He grinned, walking beside me. "Not as beautiful as you," he said smoothly.

I rolled my eyes but couldn't hide the blush spreading across my cheeks. "Stop it… you're impossible."

He opened the jet door for me, letting me step in first. "Impossible, yes. But you like it," he teased.

I huffed, trying to sound annoyed but failing miserably. "Maybe…"

Once inside, the cabin was even more stunning than I imagined. Plush seats, soft lighting, and a quiet, calm atmosphere made it feel cozy and safe. I sank into my seat, my hands nervously fiddling with the seatbelt.

Keifer sat across from me, his eyes softening as he watched me. "First time on a private jet, huh?"

"Yes… I'm a little nervous," I admitted.

He leaned forward, resting his arms on his knees, smiling reassuringly. "Then consider me your co-pilot for the night. You just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. I'll take care of everything else."

My heart fluttered. Even in this luxurious, intimidating environment, just being beside him made me feel calm and happy.

"Alright," I whispered, a small smile tugging at my lips. "I trust you."

He grinned, reaching out to gently brush a strand of hair from my face. "Good. Then sit back, my girl… London awaits."

And as the jet engines roared to life, I felt a rush of excitement. This was the start of a new adventure, together with him.Jay's POV (Sleeping in Keifer's Arms)

The soft hum of the jet and the gentle vibration of the cabin lulled me into sleep before I even realized it. I had rested my head on Keifer's chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat and the warmth of his embrace.

His arm was securely around me, holding me close, and I felt… completely safe. For the first time in my life, I could just relax, knowing he had everything under control.

Jay Wakes Up

When I stirred awake, the cabin was quiet, the lights dimmed just enough to keep the cozy, luxurious vibe. Keifer's arm was still around me, and his voice caught my attention.

He was talking to a flight attendant, his tone calm and smooth, with that natural charm I'd always noticed.

"Yes, make sure she's comfortable," he was saying. "And if she wants anything… just bring it right over."

I blinked, sitting up slightly and blinking at him. My stomach flipped—not just because he was talking like this, but because… he looked so effortlessly handsome and commanding.

His sleeves were rolled up a little, the light catching the lines of his arm, his jaw sharp and confident. My cheeks warmed uncontrollably.

"Wow…" I whispered to myself, heart racing.

Keifer glanced down at me, a knowing smirk tugging at his lips. "Feeling jealous, Jay?" he teased, his deep voice low and playful.

I quickly looked away, trying to cover my blush. "N-No! I'm not jealous!" I stammered, even though my face betrayed me.

He chuckled, shaking his head. "Relax… I was just making sure my girl's comfortable. But I won't deny, you're cute when you're flustered."

I glared at him playfully, trying to act annoyed, but my heart was pounding. There was something so magnetic about him—this perfect mix of confidence, charm, and protectiveness that made my stomach twist in the best way.

"Alright, alright…" I muttered, pretending to pout, "but don't let it go to your head."

He leaned closer, brushing a strand of hair from my face. "Too late… it's already there. But don't worry, my attention is all yours, Jay. Always."

I smiled softly, resting my head back on his chest, feeling that familiar warmth. Even thousands of feet above the ground, in this luxurious private jet, he made me feel safe, adored, and completely his.
