Chapter 67 - Chapter 65 Back to phillipines

Jay pov

The sky was painted gold as the sleek black car rolled through the gates of the mansion. My heart was racing, palms sweaty, as I pressed myself against the balcony railing, staring at the driveway. My mind was spinning—what if he looked tired? What if London had changed him?

But the moment the car stopped, all worries vanished.

The door opened, and there he was. Keifer—tall, sharp, immaculate, yet somehow softer because he was mine. My knees went weak.

Before I could take a step, the chaos hit like a hurricane.

"KUYAAAAAA! HE'S BACK!" Kieran screamed, barreling down the stairs like a cannonball. The youngest brother was all energy, shouting, waving his arms, nearly toppling over a decorative vase.

Keigan, calmer and smirking, followed behind, hands in pockets. "Finally, Kuya shows up. We were starting to think London swallowed you whole."

I rolled my eyes. "You two are insane."

Keifer stepped out of the car, eyes locking on mine. "Jay," he said softly, and the world stopped for a heartbeat.

I didn't wait. I ran toward him, barefoot, hair messy, wearing his oversized shirt, and threw myself into his arms. My heart was pounding against his chest, every beat a drum of relief and love.

"Wifey…" he murmured, wrapping his arms around me tightly.

"Keif…" I whispered, clinging to him, afraid the moment would disappear.

Behind us, Kieran screamed again, "KUYAAA! DID YOU MISS HER?! DID YOU THINK ABOUT HER?!"

"Enough!" Keifer said, chuckling softly, but his gaze never left mine. "Mostly harmless," he added, smirking.

"Mostly?" I whispered, heart fluttering.

"Yes… mostly," he said.

Just when I thought I could savor the moment, the mansion doors burst open again.

Angelo walked in first, towering and imposing as always, the older cousin aura radiating off him. "Keifer," he said, voice calm but slightly teasing. "You really think you can return without chaos?"

Keifer bowed his head lightly, a smirk tugging at his lips. "I think I can handle it, Kuya."

Angelo's lips twitched. "We'll see."

Next came Lia, her arms crossed, shooting him a sharp glare. Then Tita Gemma, smiling warmly. Grandma Lora, Jeena, and even Percy, my blue-eyed stepbrother, appeared behind them, curiosity and excitement written all over their faces.

"Jay!" Tita Gemma called, rushing forward. "You look radiant!"

I blushed. "Thank you… I just…" I trailed off, overwhelmed. My eyes found Keifer again, and everything else faded.

Of course, peace lasted exactly two seconds.

From the steps, Section E arrived like a storm: Calix and Mica, C In and Rakki, Mayo and Kit, Rory, Erdix and Freya, Felix, David, Denzel and Grace, Yuri… chaos incarnate.

"LOOK AT THIS DRAMATIC REUNION!" Mayo shouted.

"Did London survive without Jay? Or was he crying in your absence?" Rory teased.

"EXCUSE ME!" I yelled, dragging Keifer closer to me.

Felix leaned forward. "Did you bring a gift, Kuya Keifer? Or just your charm?"

Keifer ignored them, brushing his thumb over mine. "Ignore them, wifey. I'm here now."

I melted a little, heart squeezing. "You always know how to ruin my patience and make me soft at the same time."

He kissed my temple softly. "Talent," he murmured.

Keifer reached into his bag and handed me a small, elegant package.

"What is this?" I asked, suspicious.

"You'll see," he said quietly.

I opened it carefully. Inside was a delicate charm bracelet—miniature symbols of London: the Thames, a tiny plane, a coffee cup, a little book… all moments we'd shared.

"Oh… Keif…" My voice cracked. I hugged him tightly.

"I thought of you every second," he said softly.

I pressed my forehead to his chest. "Stop being perfect," I whispered, though tears streamed down my cheeks.

He chuckled softly. "Not possible," he said.

Breakfast Chaos

Next morning, just as I tried to have a peaceful breakfast, Kieran burst in.

"KUYAAAA! DID YOU BRING HER HERE? DID YOU TWO—"

"KEIRAN!" I yelled, nearly spilling my coffee.

Keigan strolled in, calm as ever. "Finally, Kuya returns. And look at you two… still alive."

Section E flooded in immediately: Calix, Mica, C In, Rakki, Mayo, Kit, Rory, Erdix, Freya, Felix, Denzel, Grace… the house was alive with energy, laughter, and teasing.

I clutched Keifer's arm. "Wifey needs protection."

"From what?" he whispered, smiling.

"From all of them," I muttered.

Quiet Moment Amid Chaos

Finally, a brief lull. I whispered, "Keif… I missed you."

He pulled me close, chest to chest. "And I missed you more. Every second. But this… this is our life now."

I rested my head on his shoulder. "Even with Section E screaming behind us?"

"Especially with them," he said, kissing my temple.

I smiled softly. "I never want to let you leave again."

"Then don't," he whispered.

By evening, the mansion finally quieted, just slightly. Section E continued their mild chaos: teasing, laughing, arguing—but Keifer's hand never left mine.

I realized, truly, for the first time in days: no matter how loud, chaotic, or ridiculous the world around us got, as long as he was here… I was home.

And he was mine.
