It was raining hard, like a never-ending waterfall. Max Somsun was soaked but happy because he'd just beaten Murg, Sonic, Rahale, and Golgo in a big fight. They were lying on the ground, proof that Max was strong. But his victory was short-lived because Hawk, the last person standing, was looking at him with a cold, calculating look.
Hawk's eyes were icy and sharp. Max, feeling confident, tried to kick Hawk with a big Muay Thai move. Hawk easily dodged it, as if he knew Max was going to do it. Then, to Max's shock, Hawk copied the kick and hit Max right back! Max flew through the air and slid across the wet ground. He realized he was in trouble because Hawk could copy any move he saw.
Max thought back to five years ago when he became the leader of the Mosquito Group, a gang started by a group called HYBRID. It was a brutal fight in a circular arena with Vager Usman, Golgo Makenzhi, and Rahale Afsani. The last person standing would be the boss. Golgo was shaking in the corner, scared. Vager kicked Golgo so hard he passed out.
Vager then turned to Rahale. Max suddenly pointed at a man in the audience. "Why'd you get us into this mess?!" he screamed. The man was Thunder Anburn, the right-hand man of the King of Germany. Thunder just smiled and didn't say anything. Vager got angry and turned back to Max, but Rahale jumped him. Vager glared and said, "Get out of my way," before knocking her out too.
Just as Vager was about to finish her off, Max punched him from behind and saved Rahale. The flashback ended, and Max was back in the fight for his life. Hawk was relentless; he copied every punch and move Max made. It was like fighting his own shadow, driving Max crazy.
Finally, Max lost his temper. His eyes turned red, and he went into a "Rage Mode." He threw powerful and fast punches that Hawk couldn't keep up with. With one final, strong hit, Max knocked Hawk out. He raised his hand to finish Hawk off, but then something unexpected happened.
Golgo, who was lying on the ground, suddenly woke up. He used his last bit of strength to punch Max in the side, knocking him off balance. Golgo looked at Hawk with regret and said, "Why didn't you go all out?"
Max, filled with anger and betrayal, charged at Golgo and beat him mercilessly. With a final, brutal punch, Max broke Golgo's jaw and silenced him for good. Max stood there, breathless and covered in blood. He looked up at Thor, Mose, and Pinpan, who were watching from above.
Suddenly, Max felt a sharp pain in his left arm. He looked down and saw four deep claw marks. "What's going on?" he said, surprised. It was like the animal instinct hawk has been trying to awake is finally here.
