It was the dead of night when Miles woke up. He was alone; the lights had been turned off after the girls confirmed that Hannah was asleep before heading up to their rooms, refusing to start the summer by sleeping on a couch.

Stumped, Miles exhaled lightly, recalling what he had done to Carolina's now-late husband.

After sending the lawyer back home, Miles scanned Carolina's and Rachel's faces for any sign of loss or last words as he was about to kill their husband and father.
After a few moments of silence between them, Miles nodded and turned to the pleading Mr. Armon, whose tears and mucus would shame a two-year-old baby.
"Pleeeaaassee!!" he cried, but Miles cruelly snapped his fingers, and the man disappeared along with his security personnel.
"Get in."
Appearing in a garage packed with several SUVs, including the one that had been driven to Grace's car, Miles healed and hypnotized the group, making them drive to the airport.
