Daughter of the infinite, I am the one who made you reincarnated in this world. You must surely be confused and I understand that, but know that it's not for your harm, quite the contrary.
You are a very kind and very selfless young girl, you died trying to help your friend. You are truly very noble in heart, your light will bring much to this world and I know it.
This universe does not need a heroine who becomes overpowered and indifferent, but a heroine with a heart so pure and a smile so sparkling that it will mark heroes as well as villains and also innocent civilians.
You will discover this rich and complex universe with the eyes of a novice and it will be this that will make your trip and your encounters more precious.
I wish you a beautiful life, filled with adventure and happiness. There will be difficult times, but you will surely be able to overcome the difficulties because of this light and heroic determination that defines you.
Good luck Uravity, this costume is my gift for you to become the heroine this world needs, a strong heroine but not only, kind, sweet and brave....
......
Ochaco read the goddess's message with tears in the corners of her eyes...
She now understood that her reincarnation was not a cosmic coincidence even if it was still hard to swallow.
She smiled despite everything as she dried her tears.
"Thank you for giving me a second chance, Goddess. I now understand a lot of things and with the zero gravity quirk, I would not only lighten the physical weight, I would alleviate the sadness and pain and help anyone who needs me, with a smile! "She monologued as she raised her fist with extraordinary determination and a bright smile lighting up her round face.
She looked at the suit in the suitcase and her eyes shone with joy and gratitude. It wasn't really the costume that ochaco uraraka wore in the main story, the costume that the goddess had given her was that of a special illustration by Kohei Horikoshi, the author of the phenomenal series.
"It's so cool! I'm going to become uravity! I'm so happy!" smiled Ochaco as she clutched the suit against her, she stood up and decided to put it on.
The tight suit was very comfortable and very pretty, her big pink boots were soft in her feet to cushion her fall when she nullified her power. The helmet allowed him to protect his inner ear and the bracelets on his wrists each fired three grappling hooks.
"It's so cute and pink is my favorite color!" smiles Ochaco as she admires herself. she applied her Quirk to herself and floated in her room. The feeling of floating was strange but pleasant, she just had to get used to it and she will be able to use her Quirk easily by taking inspiration from her model in my hero academia.
"I don't just want to save lives and fight criminals, I also want to bring joy and light to this too dark city. I will so apply my second passion, singing! Thanks to my power and my music, Gotham will finally be lightened of its weight!" She smiled as she found herself upside down in the air.
With a fluid movement, she lands on the ground before canceling her power and smiles as she retrieves the message from the goddess.
She folded it carefully before putting it in a very discreet pocket of her hero costume, like a magical lucky charm.
She took off the suit before dressing comfortably. She raised her fist with a smirk, determined grin.
"Come on! Uravity's first mission: to set up the room!" she smiled before starting to unpack the boxes and tidy up.
For a few minutes, Mr. Uraraka knocked on the door.
"Yes! Come in!" said a voice full of energy.
Mr. Uraraka opened the door and went back to his daughter's room.
"Hi Dad!" Ochaco greeted as she folded her clothes to put it in one of the drawers.
"Hi sweetie, are you okay?" asked Mr. Uraraka kindly. His daughter seemed to have regained her health, but he couldn't help but be worried.
"It's okay! I was just shaken by the change of city and the trip probably exhausted me, but now I'm better!" smiled the brunette as she clenched her fist with determination.
Mr. Uraraka sighed in relief and nodded with a serene smile before looking at the room and then his gaze slipped outside where the buildings of Gotham were rising, dark and sinister.
"I know it's not the best place to live but..."He began but his daughter interrupted him.
"Dad, it's okay, it's Gotham of course and it will be difficult at times, but it's our city now... And then, Batman is here, isn't it? He is protecting this city with all his might!" Ochaco smiled as she looked at the shadow city outside. She wondered if Batman was on patrol as they spoke.
For sure, he's the Dark Knight of Gotham after all.
"But still, waking up in the city of one of the most famous and loved fictional superheroes in the world, that's really cool too," Ochaco thought with a serene smile.
Mr. Uraraka and Ochaco continued to talk until a call tore them away from their father-daughter moments.
"Dinner is ready! " said Mrs. Uraraka to the dining room downstairs.
"Okay! I'd starve!" smiled Mr. Uraraka as Ochaco nodded with a happy smile.
"Me too!" she said as they made their way to the dining room.
Mrs. Uraraka smiled tenderly at Ochaco when she saw her looking better and they sat down to enjoy their family meal.
Ochaco ate while laughing at her father's jokes and chatting happily with her mother.
She was simply happy to enjoy this moment as Ochaco uraraka even though it was not in the world she would have wanted.
It was the beginning of her new life in this world of iconic superheroes where she will live her adventures as a 17-year-old young woman and young heroine: URAVITY!
To be continued...
