What did that even mean?
When high-ranking members and Strongest of the foreign races were killed, they could be resurrected through the 'fusion' of their 'souls' and the 'Source of Evolution'.
But this resurrection came with conditions.
First, your soul needed to escape safely into the 'Source of Evolution'. And most importantly, there was a twenty-year waiting period.
But what was this they were seeing now?

If it wasn't a true resurrection, but rather 'refining' a fallen Strongest into a 'weapon' like a 'puppet', then perhaps it could be explained.
After all, if this was truly 'on-the-spot resurrection', it would be terrifying!
