Yongjia was just about to tell Jianxi not to frighten the child.
But then she heard Yue'er shout, "Hidden Guard Auntie, someone's trying to bully Yue'er!"
The moment Yue'er's voice fell, a leaf flew in from outside, heading straight for Jianxi's face.
Although Jianxi dodged quickly, the leaf still grazed his face, leaving behind a thin, inch-long bloody scratch.
Yongjia cried out, "Brother!"
Ye Yu entered, and seeing Yongjia and Jianxi, she curtsied and said, "This servant pays her respects to the Commandery Prince and the Commandery Princess."
Yue'er ran over and hugged Ye Yu's leg, tattling, "Hidden Guard Auntie, he's the one who said he wants to take my little sister away! You can't let him take her!"
Jianxi felt the sting on his face. He took out the copper mirror he carried and looked at his reflection. He instantly raged, "Ye Yu, how dare you injure this Prince's dashingly handsome face like this?"
