[Version 4.9 full-scale update complete. All NPC and boss Combat Power increased by 10,000x!]
[Ding!]
[All NPCs and bosses have received their full set of panel Attributes and abilities!]
.
As players worldwide, including Shen Fei, watched, these shocking lines of text scrolled into view.
"Fuck!"
"Fuck!"
"Fuck!"
Seeing the new version information, everyone was dumbfounded.
On one hand, no one had expected Shen Fei's guess to actually be true. After the Version 4.9 update, they would indeed have to face a slaughter at the hands of the NPCs and bosses.
On the other hand, what no one—not even Shen Fei—had expected was that Version 4.9 had completed all its updates in one fell swoop.
Not only did it activate the slaughter protocol for NPCs and bosses, but it also instantly completed their ten-thousand-fold increase in Combat Power. At the same time, the update closed all other previous gaps between NPCs, bosses, and human players.
"Fuck!"
