The entire room was dead silent. Lecia's projection watched him in silence, a hint of complex emotion flickering deep within her stern eyes. She didn't speak, only offering a gentle wave of her hand.
The five exam papers dissolved into motes of light and vanished from the room. Clearly, they had been teleported away for grading.
"Wait here for your results," Lecia's projection instructed.
Allen leaned back comfortably against the cold metal chair. Closing his eyes, he began to mentally review his answers while DSeek ran background data analytics, estimating the potential score for each response. He wasn't worried about the outcome. The theoretical knowledge that other apprentices viewed as an insurmountable chasm was, to him, merely the foundational data of an already completed magic tech tree. Today, he had merely shown the examiners the most basic roots of this tree.
