The Entity watched Lorelei closely. The sense of deja vu weighed heavily upon him as he met Lorelei's crimson eyes.
A sigh left his lips. "If you think you can beat me with your little mind games, then you're sorely mistaken, child."
As the last sentence echoed, an intense pressure manifested in the cave, causing it to tremble. Rocks fell dangerously close to Lorelei and despite the pressure aimed at her, she remained unflinching.
The Entity licked its lips as his palm extended. The gap between himself and Lorelei closed and his hands was met with her hot neck.
Without wasting a second, he tightened his grip around her neck with a malicious expression. The sound of bone cracking sounded in the cave and the warmth that filled her body quickly dissipated.
Her head lost its strength and fell sideways. For a few seconds, the Entity watched the dead body and when he made sure of her death, a low cackle resounded in the cave.
