A week passed faster than I expected.
The café was still under renovation, but somehow the chaos had turned into something… surprisingly alive.
Yeongjae's idea worked.
Actually, worked was an understatement.
The temporary tent we set up outside the café had become the busiest spot on the street every afternoon. The smell of coffee and freshly baked pastries drifted down the block, pulling people in like a magnet.
At first, I thought customers were only curious because of the renovation.
But then something strange happened.
The Kens became local celebrities.
I wasn't even exaggerating.
One afternoon, a group of college girls squealed when they saw them serving coffee. The next day, someone asked if they could take pictures with them. By the end of the week, people were requesting mugs printed with photos of them standing beside the Kens like they were some kind of boy band.
It was ridiculous.
And somehow… profitable.
Still, not everything felt normal.
