To be honest, Suzy had zero interest in Rina's ex-lovers.
Jenny leaned close to Suzy and lowered her voice. "He went missing for a long time, and everyone assumed he died on a mission. I never expected him to still be inside the base, working odd jobs here at the hospital. His face is completely ruined, too."
Suzy remained silent, waiting for Jenny to elaborate.
Jenny continued, "As far as I know, he was the only man who ever walked away from Rina on his own terms. He used to be completely obsessed with her, crazy in love, but then he suddenly woke up out of nowhere. Only, he doesn't seem to be doing too well now."
"You remember him that vividly?" Suzy raised an eyebrow.
For one of Rina's old flames to leave such a deep impression on Jenny was quite something.
A thought flashed across Suzy's mind, and the look she gave Jenny gradually turned teasing.
Fair is fair—Rina actually had decent taste in men; none of her partners were particularly ugly.
