After Kanetaro's final victorious blow, he could only see darkness all around him, all of a sudden, he was momentarily blinded by a dazzle of light. When he regained his sight, he saw gauzy clouds all around him until he peered to his rear, the glimpse he saw was bloodcurdling. He saw a diabolical creature devouring a devine being and growing wings like the one it was devouring. Kanetaro cried and the attention of the demon shifted towards him.
Kanetaro, not having any defense against the demonic creature, ran for his life (After life rather). After a long pursuit, before his eyes Kanetaro saw a paradise of nature, where the ground was filled with velvety sun-kissed grass. As his foot met the untrodden earth, a dense grey filled the air all around him and suddenly he collapsed on the ground loosing consciousness.
Waking up in a bed, inside a cottage like cave Kanetaro asked dizzily,"Where am I ?".
His question was met with silence.
He introspected,"Why do I keep fainting all the time? Ouch! My head hurts".
"So you are awake my child. Did you sleep well?", said a botanical spirit who appeared in Kanetaro's line of sight.
She seemed to be a diety adorned with flowers from head to toe, her looks were magnificent and her beauty was charming.
"Who are you?", Kanetaro asked, almost jumping from the bed in shock due her sudden arrival.
"Why is this place so wierd?", he wrestled with his conscience.
"I am mother nature my child. I raised you, don't you remember ?", said Mother Nature.
"I was born in a forest as far as I can remember and lived there for fifteen years I guess but I never saw you there", said Kanetaro.
"Forest is my embodiment on earth. I am the only goddess who can make direct contact with animals and humans on earth. I was there at every instance of your life in the forest my child. The toughest moment was when I had to bid you a farewell when you turned fifteen and my proudest moment was when you became a legend for saving the people of both the nations." said Mother Nature expressing her love towards one of her children.
"You know my past, thats surprising. So should I adress you as my mother?", asked kanetaro with his innocent eyes wide open.
"Ofcourse my child", said Mother Nature.
After a while of chit-chat betweent a mother and her son. Kanetaro's stomach growled.
"Are you hungry my child?", asked mother nature.
"Yes, I am hungry mother" said Kanetaro as his face turned red.
Mother nature presented a scrumptious meal in front of him in no time. The meal contained Kanetaro's favourite dishes like Katsudon, Ramen, Tempura, Fried fish and Miso soup with tofu. Kanetaro's ravenous hunger was satisfied with a boundless feast. As Kanetaro engulfed every morsel like a wild animal, Mother Nature's eyes held starlight, bright with glee and joy bloomed all across her features.
"Thanks for the meal mother", said Kanetaro as his hunger was satisfied.
No sooner did he finish his sentence than the stone above then split disgorging a flood of demonic creatures.
"Hide under the bed, Son! I will handle them", cried Mother nature with a grim expression all over her face.
Kanetaro hud under the bed while mother nature fought the uninvited guests. He found a purple coloured sword inside the bed with a golden gem on the back of its hilt.
Suddenly Kanetaro shot to his feet, splitting the bed in two halves as his fighting spirit was awakened upon hearing his mother scream in pain due to those filthy creatures.
"Aim at the red crystal on their head child" cried Mother Nature asking for help.
Kanetaro held the hilt if his blade and unleashed a solitary life-threatening strike with a velocity surpassing sound itself.

All the red crystal on the demons' heads shattered into hundred pieces as Kanetaro put his blade into the saya. The golden gem on the katana's hilt illuminated with a blinding light.
"I-Its y-you, you a-are the s-saviour of h-heaven", Mother nature stammered in shock.
"What? What are you talking about?", questioned Kanetaro.
"The prophecy says a mortal warrior who sacrificed himself in a war will save the heaven from clutches of darkness he will defeat the lord of darkness. When he will touch the the Sun's sword the gem will emit a blinding beam of light.", said Mother Nature declaring Kanetaro the saviour of heaven and the hero of realms.
"What? I don't want to play the hero again. I have already had enough on earth.", said Kanetaro in denial.
"It's not your decision it's your fate" said Mother Nature.
"I don't believe in fate. I refuse to play the the saviour again. The took the arrow on purpose. I was bored with battles and war. I defied my fate and it was my decision to die.", said Kanetaro in wrath.
"My child you don't understand, you have to become our saviour.", said Mother Nature convincing Kanetaro.
"I am leaving", said Kanetaro slamming the wooden door with the Sun god's Kantana in his hand.
"I you want to leave you can but return my katana.", said Mother Nature.
Kanetaro entered the the cave again and returned the katana to Mother Nature.
"Okay take it, I was carrying it for self defense but my hands will do fine I guess", he said.
Kanetaro nonchalantly slammed the wooden door once again. After a while of strool on the paradise Kanetaro sensed something, he swiftly dodged the sneak attack from his rear and gave a fatal hit at the humanoid shadow's neck with his palm. Who was it?
Kanetaro took off the creatures black hood and he was shocked to see. It was none other than Mother Nature who was trying to test her child. In way she makes the fittest survive in the forest.
"I didn't know your senses are so sharp. Now I know that you are the chosen one. I should send you to him he will train you for the showdown.", said Mother Nature snapping two of her fingers.
As soon as she snapped, Kanetaro disappeared without a trace.
