Dipak joined GNM Nursing.
Sweata joined BSc Nursing.
At first, they were just normal classmates.
"Hi."
"Notes please?"
"Which class next?"
Nothing special.

Same ward duty.
Same canteen.

They kept meeting again and again.

Sweata was very serious about studies.
Dipak was shy but very caring.

Dipak got a call from Sweata.
"Are you sleeping?"
"No… why?"
"I'm feeling homesick…"
She missed Manipur. Her voice was shaking.
Dipak said softly,
"I'm here… don't worry."
Those three words — I'm here —
became her biggest comfort.
From that night…
Dipak became her safe person.

If some other boy talked too much with Sweata, Dipak felt jealous.
If Dipak got sick, Sweata worried the whole day.
