Globalisation in its true sense emerged after the second world war (1939-45). The establishment of the UN and world Trade organisation (WTO) emerged as milestone in the history of globalisation. Thus,free trade was facilitated and organisations such as WTO provided a unique platform to resolve trade and commercial disputes.
