"…Alright," Gohan said quietly as They rested for a few hours.
But inside Gohan, something felt strange.
His strength was increasing. His control was sharper. But something else was there too something he couldn't understand and After another break, Roshi fell asleep.
Gohan sat down, crossed his legs, and closed his eyes.
"What's wrong with me…?" he wondered and Suddenly he felt pulled inward.
When he opened his eyes, he was standing in darkness.
In front of him stood… himself but smaller and A younger version.
"Who are you?" Gohan asked, sweat forming on his forehead.
"I'm Gohan," the boy replied softly.
Gohan froze.
"The original…?"
"I saw your memories," the small Gohan said calmly "Don't worry. I'm not here to take my body back."
"But it was your body, if you want you can take it " Gohan replied. "and I'm the one who took it and the parasite here .....i mean if you want we can exchange places ...i mean you control this body and i will reside like you are here and give you my memory "
The little Gohan shook his head.
"No. We're already merged."
He pointed between them.
"You and I are one now. I'm part of your soul."
Gohan stayed silent.
"I came to say thank you," the little Gohan continued "You're not even from this world. You had no reason to care. But you're still trying to save it."
His voice trembled slightly.
"And thank you… for taking care of my mom."
Gohan felt something tighten in his chest.
"I blamed myself," the little Gohan said. "But not in the way you think."
He looked down.
"My dad always told me to train. To become stronger. To be a martial artist.....But when I saw him hurt… saw him struggle… I got scared."
"I just wanted a normal life."
He clenched his fists.
"And look what happened as I lost everything."
Silence filled the space.
"But now we're one," the little Gohan said gently. "When we fully merge, you'll feel my emotions clearly. My anger. My regret. My love."
He smiled faintly.
"It will take time. Maybe when we leave the Time Chamber, the merge will be complete."
He looked at him seriously.
"Until then… if you have any questions, ask me."
As Time kept passing inside the Time Chamber.
Another month went by.
During this second month, Gohan grew taller. Just like his father Goku once had a sudden growth spurt during training, Gohan experienced the same thing. His body stretched and changed from daily intense training with Master Roshi.
He didn't bring extra clothes because he never expected this to happen. So now he trained shirtless. His old shirt was thrown aside in the room.
Sweat covered his body. Under the bright white light, his skin reflected softly. His muscles had started to take clear shape. He no longer looked like just a child. He looked like a young warrior.
"Two months already…" Gohan thought.
"My strength has definitely increased. At least two or three times stronger than before."
He clenched his fist and felt the power inside him.
"This Time Chamber is seriously a cheat code for training."
He sighed.
"It's just sad that you can only enter two days in your lifetime."
He paused.
"Maybe with a new Kami… we could modify it."
He tried to remember.
"The Namekian who became the new Kami after … what was his name again?"
He frowned.
"Why am I forgetting things again?"
That feeling returned. Like knowledge was slipping away slowly.
"No… I can't forget important names."
He forced himself to think harder.
"Dende. Yes. Dende became the new Guardian of Earth."
He nodded to himself.
"If Dende comes later… maybe we can improve the Time Chamber."
He looked down at his hands.
"For these two months, I only used one Senzu Bean. Every time I felt exhausted, I pushed past my limits instead of eating one."
He smiled faintly.
"Being half-Saiyan really helps."
Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice inside.
"Gohan… it's time."
It was the younger Gohan.
"I'm merging fully now," the small voice said calmly "But before that, I organized your thoughts. There are important things you need to remember."
Gohan stayed silent and listened.
For these past weeks, that younger version of himself had kept him company. He had even tried to give the body back once after all its his body .
But it was impossible as Their souls were already fully merged.
No Dragon Balls well except maybe Super Shenron could separate them now.
They had become one existence.
"You said we are forgetting things," the younger Gohan continued. "Aunt Bulma forgot the spaceship. You forgot about New Namek for a moment."
"Yes…" Gohan replied quietly.
"I think something is wrong," the younger Gohan said."We should ask someone who knows everything."
"Zuno," Gohan whispered suddenly.
The near-omniscient being.
"Yes," the younger Gohan replied. "Zuno might know why this timeline feels unstable."
Gohan nodded slowly.
"I understand."
There was a short silence.
Then the younger Gohan spoke again.
"One more thing."
He sounded calmer now.
"Try transforming like Vegeta explained during the Tournament of Power. Don't force anger. Focus on the feeling. The calm before the storm."
Gohan remembered that scene clearly.
"Let the power rise naturally," the younger Gohan said. "Don't chase rage. Accept your emotions instead."
The voice began to fade.
"We are fully merged now and Thank you… for saving our world or for atleast trying ."
And then Silence.
Gohan opened his eyes inside the white void.
He felt different, not heavier but not lighter as if he is Just… complete.
He stood up slowly.
"this time i had to become Super Saiyan…" he whispered. This time He would try without forcing hatred and would try with acceptance With calm emotion.
"Okay… I'll try it," Gohan said quietly as He understood now. The original Gohan inside him had fully merged. They were one.
Gohan closed his eyes and began to move his ki.
He guided the energy toward his back, just like Vegeta once explained in tournament of Power and Soon, he felt it ....An itchy feeling as if Like ants crawling between his shoulder blades.
He almost tried to scratch it.
"…Damn," he muttered. "What kind of evil method is this?" He couldn't believe HOW Vegeta figured this out.
Still, he kept focusing. He pushed his ki toward that point again and again.
Nothing happened.
"…Not enough."
He clenched his fists.
"Super Saiyan isn't just calm energy. It needs rage. Not simple anger… but deep rage." and Now that he was fully merged, he could feel everything clearly.
The pain of losing his father Goku,The pain of losing Piccolo his Mentor ,Krillin and Everyone. and then… his past life.
All the pressure,All the expectations and The times he tried his best but still failed and The weight of disappointing his parents.
He remembered dying with regrets and that feeling mixed with losing his father in this life.
His fists shook.
Ki began leaking out of his body.
If this had been outside, lightning would have cracked across the sky like when Goku first transformed.
Veins bulged across his arms as His power level began rising rapidly as Master Roshi, who had been resting, opened his eyes in shock.
He stared at Gohan in silence as The air inside the Time Chamber trembled and Wind swirled around Gohan.
"I was a loser…" Gohan thought "In my past life… and in this one…"
He imagined something horrible that Androids standing over his mother's body and his Mom Chi-Chi dying in front of him as His breathing became heavy.
and he let His rage grew.
"LET'S GO!" he shouted But suddenly The energy he was building was gone .
He dropped back to normal.
"…Damn it."
He looked at his hands.
"It's like Kaioken," he thought "My power spiked almost twenty times for a moment… but it's not stable."
Master Roshi walked closer.
"Gohan," he said firmly, "you're exhausted. Rest first. Then try again."
Gohan nodded weakly.
"…Okay."
as He lay down on the small bed inside the chamber he knew now that he could reach it. He just needed the final push and Without realizing it, he fell asleep.
He dreamed as He saw himself leaving the Time Chamber and the world getting worse as Androids destroying cities without emotion and Trunks growing up and asking him to train him and Then Androids arrived at Mount Paozu...His home as his mom Chi-Chi stood in front of them and she was killed.
Gohan screamed but he was too weak,He ran as He fled to Kami's Lookout but The androids followed and Korin Tower was destroyed along with Mr. Popo and Korin died and He ran again To Master Roshi's island.
and androids came and master Roshi fell and a stime passed He saw Trunks calling him, "Master Gohan! and Then his arm was cut off by Androids and Bulma died this time.
And finally
The androids stood over him,Mocking him,Breaking him and Then killing him.
Gohan suddenly woke up as He was sweating heavily.
"What… was that?.....when did i became that Coward"
His heart pounded.
"I can't wait....That future will happen if I fail."
He stood up immediately and resumed training as more Time passed.
