Chi-Chi's voice echoed through the house.
"It's been years since you've visited Bulma's place. Hurry up! We have to get going. It's Trunks' second birthday party!"
"Almost done, Chi-Chi!" Goku called back.
"Well... I think."
At that moment, his head was completely stuck inside his shirt.
"Mmph!"
Chi-Chi sighed as she walked into the room.
Earlier that morning, she had spent nearly an hour helping Goku get dressed properly.
She had put on one of her new dresses, styled her hair, and even worn a little makeup. She looked beautiful.
Meanwhile, Goku had wanted to wear his usual orange gi.
Naturally, Chi-Chi had refused.
Today required proper clothes.
Which meant a suit.
Unfortunately, Goku hated suits.
"Goku, stop moving."
Chi-Chi grabbed the shirt and pulled it down properly.

She straightened his collar, adjusted his coat, and fixed his tie.
A few moments later, Goku finally looked presentable.

"Chi-Chi..."

He tugged at the tie around his neck.

"We're attending Trunks' birthday party."

"Let's see how Bulma celebrates Trunks' birthday first."
"Then we'll do something just as amazing for Gohan."

Then her expression softened.
"Goku..."

"I need to tell you something."
Before she could continue, Goku gently placed a hand on her stomach.
A small smile appeared on his face.
"You're going to tell me about the baby, aren't you?"
For a moment, Chi-Chi froze.
"W-What?!"
Her eyes widened.
"How did you know?!"
She had been planning that surprise for days.
Goku laughed softly.
"I won't spoil the surprise completely."
Then he scratched the back of his head.
"But I've gotten pretty good at noticing things lately."
Chi-Chi stared at him.
Sometimes she still couldn't get used to this version of Goku.
The old Goku would've been completely clueless.
Meanwhile, Goku was already smiling excitedly.
"Honey, that's wonderful!"
He looked genuinely happy.
"We'll think of a name together later."
"I've already been thinking of a few."
Now it was Chi-Chi's turn to blink in surprise.
"Really?"
"Of course."
Goku grinned.
Then he suddenly stood up.
"Alright!"
"Let's go!"
Chi-Chi laughed.
"You're excited now?"
"Of course I am!"
Goku replied.
"We've got a birthday party to attend."
Then, before she could react, he gently picked her up.
"Hey!"
"We'll get there faster this way."
Chi-Chi rolled her eyes, but she couldn't stop smiling.
A few moments later, Goku locked the front door.
Then he launched into the sky with Chi-Chi in his arms.
The two flew toward Capsule Corporation.
The wind rushed past them as they crossed the countryside.
For a moment, Goku looked up at the blue sky.
A grateful smile appeared on his face.

You taught me a lot more than fighting.
Then he glanced at Chi-Chi, who was happily enjoying the flight beside him.
And thanks to that, Chi-Chi doesn't yell at me nearly as much anymore.
Goku quietly chuckled to himself.
"What are you laughing about?" Chi-Chi asked suspiciously.
"Nothing!"

Chi-Chi narrowed her eyes.
She wasn't convinced.
But for now, she simply leaned against him and enjoyed the ride as they headed toward Capsule Corporation for Trunks' birthday party.
When Goku and Chi-Chi arrived at Capsule Corporation, both of them were stunned.
The place was absolutely packed with people.
Bulma had given every Capsule Corp employee the day off and invited them all to Trunks' second birthday party.
The celebration was enormous.
The large plaza in front of Capsule Corporation had been decorated beautifully with flowers and colorful ribbons hanging from every corner. At the center stood a gigantic birthday cake over ten meters tall, guarded carefully by several staff members.
Food stalls lined the area, serving all kinds of dishes and desserts. Famous singers were performing on a large stage nearby, while music filled the air.
Meanwhile, the windows of Capsule Corporation's hundred-story building lit up with colorful lights that formed the words:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRUNKS
The display was so large that nearly a quarter of West City could see it.
Bulma had truly gone all out.
"Wow..." Goku said as he stared around.
"Bulma really went crazy with this party."
Chi-Chi was equally speechless.
Even though her father, the Ox-King, possessed enough wealth to afford something similar, seeing it in person was still impressive.
Then she spotted Krillin and the others gathered near one of the large tables.
Before they could walk over, Bulma herself appeared.
"Goku! Chi-Chi!"
She waved excitedly and hurried toward them and The moment she saw Goku in a suit, she blinked.
"Wow, Goku, you actually look handsome in a suit."
As She winked teasingly.
Goku scratched the back of his head.
"Really?"
Chi-Chi immediately narrowed her eyes.
"Bulma."
"Hmm?"
"Give up already, You have your own husband."
Bulma burst out laughing.
"Chi-Chi, what kind of woman do you think I am?"
She placed a hand dramatically over her heart.
"Goku is my friend ! Right, Goku?"
"Yep."
Goku nodded innocently. "Chichi, Bulma is Just a friend." and hearing that For a split second Bulma's smile Froze and Then she laughed again.
"See?"
Chi-Chi crossed her arms.
"Hmph."
Bulma quickly changed the subject.
"Well, Chi-Chi, you look beautiful today."
That immediately improved Chi-Chi's mood as The three of them walked over to one of the tables.
Master Roshi, Ox-King, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Launch, Piccolo, Oolong, and Puar were already seated there.
"Hey everyone!" Goku greeted.
Everyone welcomed him back warmly and The moment Goku sat down, however, his eyes began searching the area.
For food.
His original goal of studying birthday parties so he could throw one for Gohan completely disappeared from his mind.
Food had become his highest priority as plates continued arriving, Goku happily started eating.
Then another thought suddenly entered his head.
"Oh yeah!"
Everyone looked toward him as Goku turned toward Launch.
"Launch, when are you and Tien going to have a baby?"
The entire table froze.
HYearing him Launch turned bright red and Tien nearly choked on his Pepsi.
Meanwhile, Goku continued speaking completely innocently.
"Chi-Chi and I are having another one."
"What?!"
"Really?!"
"Congratulations!"
Everyone began congratulating the couple as from Under the table, however
STOMP!
Chi-Chi's foot landed directly on Goku's
Goku flinched.
"Oww!"
Chi-Chi leaned closer.
"Goku Honey ! What are you saying?!"
As She whispered furiously but Goku looked confused.
"What? it's good news, isn't it?"
Chi-Chi stared at him and Then she gave up as There was simply no winning against Goku sometimes.
A few moments later, Goku looked around again.
"By the way, where's Vegeta? I haven't seen him."
Krillin shrugged.
"No idea."
Yamcha nodded.
"We haven't seen him either."
Just then Bulma happened to walk past.
"Bulma!"
She turned around.
"Hm?"
"Where's Vegeta?"
hearing that Bulma sighed.
"Training."
Everyone nodded immediately as That answer made perfect sense.
"He was inside the gravity room earlier and You know how he is as He hates parties like this."
Bulma shook her head helplessly.
Honestly, only Bulma could tolerate someone like Vegeta as Most people would have lost their patience years ago.
Goku smiled.
Vegeta is still trying his hardest to surpass me.
Then Bulma asked,
"Any news from Gohan? It's a shame he couldn't come, I really wanted to see him."
Hearing that Goku smiled.
"Not yet, He's still training."
To everyone else, Gohan was simply somewhere far away training but Only Goku knew the truth that everything now depended on the Dragon Balls

The facility was protected by layers of one of the strongest heat-resistant metals ever created.
For years it had remained silent and Dormant and Waiting and Then suddenly
BEEP.
A light flickered.

More systems came online as The laboratory began awakening as The moment Dr. Gero had died, his final automated program had activated.
Since then, it had never stopped working as Day and night following its final command and At the center of the facility stood several enormous incubation chambers.
A cold mechanical voice echoed throughout the laboratory.
"Son Goku's energy signature detected, Beginning awakening sequence."
"Android 31."
"Android 41."
"Android 51."
"Android 91."
"Selected for activation."
Another chamber remained dark.
"Android 21 file $$%%# incomplete."
"Continuing hibernation."
Warning lights flashed red as The computer continued.
"Mission confirmed and Primary objective set ."
A brief pause followed and Then the machine spoke once more.
"Eliminate Son Goku."
The laboratory rumbled as power surged through the chambers.
"Awakening process initiated and Estimated completion time.- One hour."
