"A joke?"
John didn't believe that.
"Let me humour the thought for a moment then," he crossed his arms, put on a calm smile on his face, "how come such a delicate lady like yourself be the god of war in our world?"
"Oh, that's nice flattery, hehehe"
She chuckled, even placed a palm over her mouth and for a reason, she looked much hotter that way.
"Let me tell you something then, youngster," she stopped playing around, and suddenly she put an air of a senior, "what is the root cause of any war?"
"Greed?"
John didn't even need to think. Greed was the main root of evil in any human world, at any era.
"Greed? Not bad, but not right," she was a bit surprised by how mature John was despite his young looks, "in fact, what causes most of war is women. Ladies can make a kingdom rise to be an empire, or make an empire fall and get ruined."
John blinked, as what she was referring to was something that he never thought of. She mistook his silence and weird gaze to be disbelief.
