Chapter 61 - Chapter 61: Encountering Teach and Luffy

After several consecutive slams, even a big strong man like Burgess had been knocked unconscious.

"Truly weak." Looking at Burgess, who was unconscious and face down on the ground, Shiro shook her head with a look of disdain, then immediately picked up the bags and left.

Although she had already realized that she almost forgot about the storage ring, there were so many people here that it was inconvenient for her to directly put such a large bag of metal away.

At the same time, she had something else to do and needed to return to the ship immediately: Dia's communicator and the storage ring should be nearly complete, and she needed to go back right away to confirm it.

Shiro immediately took a large pile of materials and was the first to return to the pirate ship.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Luffy and his two companions also encountered Doc Q, and Luffy was incredibly lucky to eat an apple that did not contain explosives.

At the same time, they were about to quickly encounter Blackbeard... On the other side, the members of the Straw Hat Pirates remaining on the Going Merry were Sanji, Usopp, and Chopper.

Those who went ashore were Luffy, Nami, Zoro, and Robin.

Luffy's group consisted of three people, while Robin acted alone.

At this moment, Robin happened to run into Kuina.

Robin was currently window shopping, but at the same time, she was gathering information about Skypiea for her companions.

Feeling somewhat hot, she was about to buy a bottle of iced water from an ice water shop she was passing.

"Boss, one iced water, please."

"Coming right up."

After receiving the money from Robin, the young owner of the iced water stall immediately handed a prepared cup of iced water to Robin.

"Boss, I'll have one too."

Just then, a figure walked up next to Robin and spoke to the boss.

"Hmm?" Robin's interest was piqued, and she turned her head to look.

Then she saw Kuina, but Kuina was currently wearing the Shadow Assassin Qi outfit, her entire body hidden beneath the assassin suit, with even her profile obscured by the hood.

This made it impossible for Nico Robin to recognize her immediately.

However, such mystery still aroused Nico Robin's curiosity, and she scrutinized the mysterious woman.

Then she saw the Demon Blade Thousand Blades resting at Kuina's waist, her two small, delicate fingers resting on the hilt.

Seeing this blade, Nico Robin immediately fell silent, because she felt like she had seen this sword somewhere before.

However, at this moment, money was exchanged for goods; the boss took the money, and Kuina took the iced water. Kuina, having received the iced water, opened her small, cherry mouth, gripped the straw, and took a sip.

She felt refreshed and cool, though it would have been better if it had been wine or juice.

Kuina quickly walked away while thinking, completely failing to notice Nico Robin beside her.

This was mainly because she truly didn't recognize her and thought she was just an ordinary person.

After all, Nico Robin had been hiding under Crocodile's control for so many years; although her bounty was sensational at the time and aroused much greed, it had been years.

Now, only the World Government and the Navy paid close attention to her on the high seas; in the eyes of others, Nico Robin had long faded from view.

Kuina was currently in this state of mind, but upon seeing her retreating figure, Nico Robin suddenly widened her eyes and trembled all over.

The iced water she was holding nearly dropped to the ground.

"Was that person just now Black Sword Princess Kuina, the first mate of the Pink Hat Pirates with a bounty of 500 million Berries?"

Clearly, Nico Robin had recognized her.

"Her being here proves that the Pink Hat Pirates are also here," Nico Robin exclaimed, utterly shocked.

Her shock was understandable; one must know that among all Pirate Crews today, perhaps only the Yonko could surpass the Pink Hat Pirates.

Recently, news and battle achievements concerning the Pink Hat Pirates had spread across the high seas twice.

Nico Robin naturally wouldn't underestimate this rookie Pirate Crew, composed of a group of Young Ladys who were at least eight years younger than her.

Furthermore, in her eyes, given Luna's ability, none of the Yonko would likely be able to do anything to her.

The Void Ability truly seemed somewhat terrifying to her... And since we've mentioned our protagonist, what is she doing now?

Luna had just walked out of a clothing store, carrying several large bags, presumably filled with newly bought clothes.

This was mainly because her previous clothes had been damaged during recent battles or training, with some tears and rips, forcing Luna to buy some new garments.

Fortunately, the Captain's uniform, which was the first to manifest when she acquired the Greeza Template, was undamaged.

To be honest, if clothes in the One Piece World weren't relatively cheap and she didn't have money on hand, she would definitely have asked Shiro to specifically develop a machine capable of manufacturing clothing.

Luckily, she had enjoyed shopping, especially for clothes, in her previous life; even though she was usually a homebody, she would sometimes dedicate one day a week to browse the mall.

Moreover, she primarily wanted to enjoy traveling and adventuring in the One Piece World. Creating a clothing manufacturing machine would strip away the pleasure of shopping and buying clothes, dampening some of her enthusiasm and passion for adventure and travel, which was not what Luna wanted to see.

"Gugugugu—" But suddenly, Luna's stomach grumbled uncontrollably, making her blush and feel embarrassed.

She immediately went into an empty corner and tossed all the bags containing the clothes into her storage ring.

After a moment of thought, she promptly took out a bag of money from the storage ring.

She had already located that restaurant while she was in the air earlier.

Calculating the time, if she went now, she should be able to run into Luffy's group of three and Blackbeard Teach simultaneously.

Thinking of these two groups, Luna fell into contemplation as she walked toward the restaurant.

Luffy was still the Child of Destiny for this world, and frankly, the only things that could truly harm her or counter her Void Ability were substances or items from the Ultraman World, such as the Cosmic Needle.

With the Greeza Template, Luna certainly possessed power that could look down on everyone in the One Piece World.

But she did not underestimate the One Piece World, especially Luffy, who was chosen and represented by this world, and the Devil Fruit that embodied the strongest power on the high seas.

The Hito Hito no Mi, Mythical Zoan, sun god nika form.

Also, if she remembered correctly, the Supreme King Haki Infusion displayed by Luffy was different from others—it was golden, said to be the unique golden Haki of the sun god nika.

The System had been asked by her before, and the System also told her that the One Piece World still possessed a nascent consciousness. If this world consciousness, which was just beginning to awaken intelligence, truly gathered the power of an entire world to grant Luffy some additional power...

Perhaps power capable of harming her could genuinely be born.

Although this was only her speculation and the System couldn't be sure, she definitely did not want to offend Luffy.

Unless she truly possessed the Third Form, the one that had passed the dangerous phase of [Existence] and was free of any side effects.

Or even possessed the ability to be unafraid of the world's consciousness.

But fortunately, she and Luffy had no actual conflict, and even had some connections.

Luffy wanted to be the One Piece, and she wanted to be the World Queen; these were not conflicting goals.

There were connections between Luffy's crew and her crew, such as Zoro and Kuina, Nami and Nojiko, and Usopp and Kaya.

In summary, coupled with the fact that Luna greatly admired his personal charisma, it was best for her and Luffy to maintain a peaceful relationship, and they could even become friends if Luffy wished.

Conversely, she didn't particularly like Blackbeard Teach. In fact, many people described him as a great schemer, regardless of whether he was good or bad.

But speaking of great schemers, this guy was far inferior to Boss Cao from her previous life, even though Boss Cao wasn't exactly a good person in her eyes either.

Heh heh, those who know, know.

Moreover, Luna had her own sense of justice or ideology. Blackbeard Teach was treacherous, viciously cunning, greedy, possessed immense ambition and deceit, and was also extremely arrogant and reckless.

Just based on the fact that this guy used profit to form his Pirate Crew and would offend many people in the future—based on these points alone—Luna didn't like him much; he was destined to be an enemy.

Or rather, prey.

While thinking, Luna quickly arrived at the restaurant.

But just as Luna reached the restaurant entrance, she heard voices coming from inside.

"This cherry pie tastes awful."

"This cherry pie tastes amazing."

A moment of silence quickly followed inside, along with a few chewing sounds. Both voices heard earlier were male, one sounding young and energetic, the other sounding deep and mature.

But soon, the sound of drinking and a cup being slammed onto the table came again.

"Why does this drink taste so bad?"

"Why does this drink taste so good?"

Silence quickly fell inside again. Luna smiled, finding it somewhat amusing, but that didn't mean her attitude toward the two men would change, especially Blackbeard. However, she didn't plan to kill Blackbeard here yet.

Because Blackbeard's vigilance was quite high right now, combined with his special body and his cunning, treacherous thoughts and personality, if that guy truly wanted to escape, she probably couldn't stop him.

So she would wait for the future and let that guy live a little longer.

Luna pushed the door open and walked in. At this moment, Luffy and Blackbeard Teach, who were sitting at the counter inside the restaurant, were already arguing.

"Is there something wrong with your tongue?"

"I think there's something wrong with your head."

Soon, the two, one buying meat and the other buying cherry pie, started arguing, each trying to prove he was richer and could buy more.

The two of them looked like children arguing.

The owner was speechless, and Zoro and Nami beside them were also speechless.

Luna walked over at this moment, reached her hand between Teach and Luffy, and placed the already prepared bag of Berries onto the table.

The bag of money had some weight, and when placed on the table, it made a crisp 'thud' sound.

"Boss, serve me everything on your restaurant's menu... twice."
