Hearing this, Ning Feng frowned and looked toward the source of the voice, only to see a ninja wearing a Kirigakure ANBU mask standing quietly atop a tree.

As they spoke, the two clan members hurried off to help others with the relocation.
Only then did Ning Feng notice that early in the morning, the entire Uchiha clan was actually in the middle of moving—and moving straight into Konoha's central district.
Even an idiot could guess the Fourth Hokage Namikaze Minato's intentions.
"Hmph, if it weren't for trying to win over Uchiha Peak, how could the Uchiha clan ever have a chance to rise again?"
"Hahaha, looks like the Hyūga clan won't dare call themselves Konoha's strongest bloodline anymore!"
"Amazing. Seems like Lord Namikaze Minato is planning to ally with the Uchiha clan!"
In Konoha's streets and alleys, civilians who enjoyed discussing politics immediately began chattering excitedly. The looks they cast toward Ning Feng were filled with admiration and reverence.
Listening to their discussions, Ning Feng slightly curled his lips, thinking to himself that Teacher Minato really did move fast.
"Hold it! Who allowed your Uchiha clan to move into Konoha's core district!?"
"Did you get the approval of our Hyūga clan!?"
Suddenly, a sharp, piercing voice rang out without warning. Several ninjas with Byakugan eyes, dressed in standard Hyūga attire, reached out and blocked the Uchiha ninjas who were busy relocating.
The leader was none other than Hyūga Hizashi, head of the Hyūga clan's branch family.
In an instant, the entire Konoha Village fell dead silent.
