Usually, Higo would use the day after losing a game to just sit on his comfortable couch, letting his mind get immersed in the memory of the game from yesterday. He would lament on what happened at that game, what caused him to lose a goal, imagining so many what-if scenarios, and getting dwelled by that kind of thought without doing anything productive.
However, this time, it was different.
Even though he was still sitting on his flat, together with Kumiko and Sakura, they were all staring at the juicy pizza in front of them, still fresh from the oven. The savory smell that came out before the box was even opened was enough to make their stomach grumble loudly.
Not only that, though, a bucket of hot fried chicken was there, complete with the fizzy drink that was still cold from the fridge. Honestly, this was not something that a footballer like Higo should consume at all.
