Inside the Spatial Farm, Sienna watched Buffy disappear into the distance.
She did not move.
She did not relax either.
They still did not know whether Buffy had truly left the area or had simply moved somewhere beyond their sight. Going outside now would accomplish nothing except create unnecessary risk.
"We'll stay here for a while longer," Sienna said quietly.
Mirella nodded.
Their food transaction with House Silver would also continue.
Sienna had no intention of raising the price. Part of her wanted to make House Silver feel the consequences of what they had done, but she knew that suddenly cutting off their food supply would provoke retaliation.
And House Silver might not target her.
They could target Lucien.
Mirella gently shook her head. "Young Miss, cutting off their food supply now would not be wise. They will retaliate, and they may not come after us directly. What about Lucien?"
Sienna's expression became quiet.
That single name was enough.
