For several days, Lei Fang rested at home. His mother, Meiling, would leave for work in the morning and return in the evening. Lei Fang didn't ask many questions, as he was completely ignorant of this magical world and its power system. Instead, he chose to observe. He thought to himself, 'Since my arrival in this world, this woman is the only one who has cared for me. Her words and nature reveal a kind-hearted soul who loves her son boundlessly.' He discovered that Meiling's husband had betrayed her, marrying another woman and casting her out. Since then, she had lived here alone with her son, impoverished and frail.
Initially, Meiling was suspicious; her son used to be talkative and gullible, but now he was silent and calculating. His leg, which had been healing slowly for days, had completely mended overnight. Not only that, his missing teeth had regrown, and a strange Blue Energy was pulsing through his veins. A cold, predatory smile crept across Lei Fang's face in the darkness.
