Chapter 4 - Naruto Universe: Kaguya Returns

The forest of the Hidden Leaf shimmered oddly, the air tense like static before a storm. You felt it first — a familiar, oppressive energy that made your skin prickle.

"Kaguya," Sasuke muttered, eyes narrowing, Sharingan glowing. "She's back."

Naruto's fists clenched, golden aura flickering around him. "Then we'll handle her… like last time. Only stronger!"

You floated nearby, calm, observing. "Remember what we practiced. Chakra plus Ki. Control your energy, anticipate her moves, and don't waste your strength."

The ground split as Kaguya appeared, her white form towering, limbs moving unnaturally. She smirked, eyeing them. "Fools… you think you can stop me?"

Naruto surged forward, golden Ki and chakra swirling around him. Rasengan fused with Ki spun like a miniature sun in his palm.

Sasuke followed, his Chidori electrified with Ki, black lightning crackling as he moved at blinding speed.

The first clash was explosive. Kaguya swung her limbs, but Naruto's energy barrier deflected the strike, leaving her surprised. Sasuke darted in, striking her side with a Ki-Chidori combo, causing a shockwave that leveled several trees.

"Better," you said, floating behind them. "Now work together — combine your attacks."

Naruto and Sasuke nodded, their eyes meeting. Naruto launched a Ki-infused Rasenshuriken while Sasuke channeled a Chidori overlay. The attacks collided midair, creating a storm of energy and lightning that Kaguya barely blocked.

She hissed, retreating a few steps. "Impressive… but insufficient."

Naruto grinned, panting. "Not done yet!"

Sasuke, calmer, adjusted his stance. "Now."

They synchronized perfectly — Naruto creating Ki clones, each attacking from different directions, while Sasuke moved through dimensions using his Sharingan and Ki-sensing. Kaguya's attacks barely kept up.

Even you were impressed. They weren't just Naruto and Sasuke anymore — they were a coordinated force, energy and strategy intertwined.

Finally, with a massive combined strike — a Ki-infused Rasenshuriken amplified by Chidori lightning — Kaguya was thrown back, crashing into a hill. Her form flickered, unstable.

Naruto laughed, breathless. "We… we actually did it!"

Sasuke smirked faintly. "This is only the beginning. She's strong, but now… we're stronger."

Kaguya hovered above the hill, energy warping the ground beneath her. Her eyes glowed as she scanned the battlefield — and then, unexpectedly, they focused on you.

"You've got quite the energy… and yet, you walk in here like you own the place," she said, her voice cold but curious.

You stepped forward confidently, letting your aura shimmer brighter. "Well… someone's gotta make sure you don't get bored while fighting, right?"

Her gaze flickered, just slightly. "Bored…?"

"Yeah," you said, floating closer, golden aura radiating. "All this multiverse chaos… energy spikes, attacks, dimension rifts… you're here, and yet… standing still. You could make this interesting."

Kaguya blinked. A flicker of something unidentifiable passed over her features — intrigue, perhaps? You didn't care which. You smiled just enough to draw her attention without seeming weak.

"Interesting… human," she whispered, voice softening. "You… amuse me."

You gave a small, confident shrug, aura pulsing. "That's what I do. If the multiverse wants entertainment, I deliver."

Even a being like Kaguya — centuries old, practically immortal — paused. You could feel her curiosity, the shift in her focus.

"Hmm…" she murmured, tilting her head. "Perhaps… this fight will be more enjoyable than I anticipated."

You smirked wider. "Good. I'd hate to disappoint."

And with that, you floated back slightly, aura still blazing. The tiny smirk on your face was enough — even for Kaguya — to make her hesitate before unleashing her next attack.

The sun began to set, painting the sky crimson. You glanced at Naruto and Sasuke, both breathing heavily, aura flickering, eyes shining with newfound confidence.

"Keep training like this," you said quietly. "There won't be a force in the multiverse that can stop us — as long as we fight together."

Naruto grinned, fists clenching. "Bring it on! I can handle it!"

Sasuke's lips curved slightly into a smirk. "We'll see."

Above, the sky shimmered with faint ripples — a warning from Oblivion Nexus Prime that your next challenge wasn't far.

Kaguya's eyes glow red as she mutters, "You will pay for this… all realities will…" before a dimensional ripple swallows her, hinting she isn't gone yet.
