Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 He Looks Super Hot

"How dare you kill him!"

Tony was incredibly furious at this moment!

During this time, he had been maintaining justice as Iron Man.

He had saved many people.

He wouldn't normally pay attention to these people, but ever since his near-death experience, he understood the preciousness of life.

Yet, this monster in front of him actually murdered someone right in front of him!

"How dare you!"

His face was filled with rage, and in his gaze towards Ben, the faces of those Terrorists seemed to reappear.

"Why wouldn't I dare?"

Ben retorted.

"Do you think he was a good person?" Ben sneered.

If Dennis Carradine were truly a good person, then Ben wouldn't have found this name in the Police archives.

In fact, Dennis was originally a gang member with a long criminal record.

Robbery, theft…

He had been arrested by the Police many times, not to mention the crimes he wasn't caught for. Moreover, he had participated in gang fights, so his hands weren't necessarily clean.

Besides, even if Dennis was originally a good person, Ben wouldn't have let him go.

For Ben, family was the most important thing.

Ben certainly knew that his actions were far from just.

He also knew that Uncle Ben and Mei would never wish for him to do such a thing, but he didn't want to see a day when, because of his "benevolence," he ended up causing the death of Uncle Ben or Mei.

As long as he could protect his family, he wouldn't hesitate even if his hands were covered in blood.

"And you, Tony Stark? How much better are you than me?" Ben asked.

"What?"

"Do you have fewer lives on your hands than I do?"

"I only killed Terrorists!" Tony said.

"You know I'm not talking about that." Ben shook his head and said, "Isn't the current prosperity of Stark Industries achieved by selling weaponry?"

"Or do you think only personally taking action counts as killing?"

Tony immediately fell silent.

Selling weapons was the biggest mistake he had made, and in fact, he was already making amends.

Closing the weapons division, combating Terrorists…

He was trying his best to repay.

"I never thought of selling weapons to Terrorists, I didn't know about this…"

"Didn't know, or didn't care?" Ben sneered.

It must be admitted that the future Tony Stark was a great hero, and Ben also liked him very much when he watched movies before.

But it must also be admitted that before becoming Iron Man, he was a jerk.

Not managing his own company, being controlled by Obadiah, this cannot be used as an excuse.

Not to mention, even if Obadiah hadn't sold weapons to Terrorists, Stark Industries still cooperated directly with the authorities.

Is the United States' war a just war?

How ridiculous.

Think of the Gazans who were killed!

Were they really guilty?

"Didn't you think when you manufactured weapons that these weapons would be used to invade other countries' territories and kill innocent children?" Ben asked.

"You didn't not know, you just didn't care."

Ben's words hit the nail on the head.

What else can weapons do besides kill?

Tony naturally knew what kind of a hellhole this country was, stirring up trouble all over the World under the guise of the World Police. How many wars were provoked by them?

He knew full well.

It was just that until a missile truly hit him, Tony never cared.

What did the deaths of those far-off people have to do with him?

Would those homeless children wandering affect him opening champagne and sleeping with beautiful women?

No!

On the contrary, the larger the scale of the war, the more people died, the more Stark Industries earned, and the more luxurious life he could enjoy.

Every penny of Stark's was exchanged for human lives!

"So I shut down the weapon factory." Tony said in a deep voice.

But sins cannot be offset.

Not to mention, shutting down the factory cannot be considered atonement; it only means he won't continue to do so in the future.

Just like a school bully stopping bullying doesn't mean he's a good person.

Nor does it mean that those he hurt have to forgive his mistakes.

Why do good people have to cultivate for thousands of lifetimes to become Buddhas, while evil people only need to lay down their butcher's knife?

Tony actually couldn't refute Ben's words, because he knew that Ben was right.

It wasn't until he almost died in the Middle East that he truly understood how terrifying war and weapons were, and he also understood that no matter how much he did now, it would be difficult to repay.

No matter how many people he saved, the living had no right to forgive him on behalf of the dead.

In fact, Tony felt very guilty and remorseful for his past ignorance, which is why he, who was called selfish by Captain America, eventually sacrificed his life and snapped his fingers.

But self-reproach is one thing, and having one's inner thoughts seen through by others is another.

Especially since he didn't know the true nature of this monster in front of him, no matter what, Tony could not let the other party go because of Stark Industries' past.

"I'll say it again, hands up, surrender!"

Seeing Tony emerge from his guilt, Ben was not surprised. Someone as self-centered as Tony would not lose his will because of a few words from him.

At this moment, Ben did raise his hand.

However, he extended his palm: "Three minutes to deal with you!"

After saying this, Ben sprang into action; he was so fast that not even a Shadow could be seen!

In an instant, he leaped high, kicking the Arc Reactor on Tony's chest.

Before Tony could react, he used the opponent's body as a stepping stone, twisted his waist astonishingly in mid-air, and his black tail immediately whipped Tony's left brain like a whip!

"Clang!"

Tony Stark, along with his armor, flew backward, smashing through the factory wall!

Although Quick Flash Star didn't have any powerful offensive means, speed was power. A monster the size of a velociraptor crashing at several hundred kilometers per hour, it was already Ben's mercy that Iron Man's suit wasn't shattered!

Not to mention he followed up with a tail whip.

If Tony hadn't been wearing his suit, that blow would have exploded his head like a watermelon!

In fact, even though he was wearing the armor, Tony's brain buzzed for a while, and he was still a little dizzy and ringing in his ears.

"Sir, this is a mild concussion." Jarvis said thoughtfully.

Tony ignored him.

"You asked for it, kid!"

He was absolutely on Fire!

All armor propulsion systems activated!

Tony rushed in again, and clearly, before he even spoke, the palm repulsor had already fired!

"Boom!"

But Ben was already prepared.

"You're too slow, Tony." Ben mocked.

To be honest, the moment Tony raised his hand, it was already impossible to hit Ben.

"Congratulations, Sir, someone finally told you that you're slow."

Jarvis congratulated him sincerely.

Tony: …
