Ch.2 Sato's normal day (1)
The clock starts beeping. 7:45 a.m. I need to wake up.
I don't know why I think about yesterday again…
Whatever,Today I have school so I need to prepare.
i go down the stairs and enter the dining room,there's my mother and sister named Sakura.
"Good morning Sato"
"Morning Sato"
"Morning…"
A lot of people say we look alike.
Well "said",before I obtained this scar.
We have the same raven hair,the same oval face and dark brown eyes,but me and my sister's gloomy faces come from my father.
"You look sleepy brother,sure you had enough rest?"
"Yeah yeah"
"Tomorrow you have the tournament, right?"
"Yes,we're against Kokiwashi academy on the first round.if you wanna se some fire on the court,you should come"
"You're against the birdies,I see…" (T/N "Washi" means "Eagle" from here the name "birdies")
"I need to study,too bad…"
If you're wondering about the "fire on the court":
I go to Kinzoku Tech High, a C-list school full of idiots,but the school has great sports clubs so many players go here since graduating is easier compared to other schools.
Kokiwashi, on the other hand,is a prestigious academy,filled with sons and daughters of rich people.
The schools are located in front of each other.
The students and the teachers look down on us on a daily basis.
So the more "energetic" Kinzoku students started harassing Koki students,leading to a tense relationship between the schools.
I don't really care about any of this,but Koki-girls (Nickname for female Kokiwashi students) are terrified of me,so I get the meanest comments of all Kinzoku students.

After I go outside,I don't go directly to school.
I make a stop at Oisin house,he's my best friend,childhood friend and the biggest pain in the ass when it comes to studying.
I ring the bell of the Hayashi household,and after a few seconds a petite figure opens the door.
She's Oisin mother Izumi-san
"Hello Sato-chan~!"
"Morning Izumi-san,Oisin is awake?"
"Yes he's preparing"
Then a tall figure appears from the hall,with short-medium length red hair,slim but muscular build,a piece of bread in his mouth and a face of someone in a hurry
"Sowwy Shato *Munch* i woke up late"
"Nah no problem Oisin,let's go,see you again Izumi-san"
"Bye mom"
"Bye boys"

On the train for school
"Hey Sato,whatcha doin' after school today?"
"Don't know… maybe study a little…"
Some Koki-girls enter the train,I stand up and leave the seat for them.
I usually do this for girls and older people.
Oisin follows me,still talking about how boring I am.
"U-umh… t-thanks for leaving the seats… s-sorry for making you m-move"
They're surely scared,I need to get the hell out of here.
Of course,you're an ogre, remember?
"Nah we don't mind,and we wouldn't be gentlemen if we let some girls standing,right Sato?"
"Yeah… now we sh…"
"What are you two doing?"
But I get interrupted by a Koki-guy,relatively tall (Still 15cm shorter than me),A light brown hair color and grey eyes,staring at us menacingly.
"Please stop harassing Kokiwashi students,especially girls"
His eyes are filled with fire,and by his low voice tone I bet he's a third year.
"We weren't harassing the girls,we were just offering our seats,sorry for the trouble"
I turn around to leave,Oisin looks at me with a worried look.
He knows that when i talk with strangers without stuttering a bit,something's off.
"You won't go anywhere,not until I get to know your names so i can report you to our school for harassement"
I turn around,straighten my back and look at him.
"I won't tell you my name,I didn't do anything wrong,especially if you keep on assuming things.Oisin let's go find other seats"
"Oh yes…"
"Hey where are you going?"
We exit the train compartment.
I managed to maintain my composure,but Oisin is still looking at me with a worried look.
I hate situations like this…

In the classroom,lunch
"Sorry,Tanaka-San Hayashi-San could you please take these boxes and bring them to Amami-sensei?"
Tsumugi-sensei (Aka Tsu-chan) our homeroom teacher, the one asking.
"Sure come on Sato,take the bigger one,you're stronger"
Oisin is slightly shorter than me,same goes for strength so he usually relies on me for pretty much everything.
Outside the teachers room we hear a conversation
'There was a fight between our students and Koki ones last Friday'
'How is it possible it's the second time this month!'
'Yeah,i hate violence,but lately Koki students have been meaner than usual'
'Come on don't say things like this,they must have a reason to hate Kinzoku so much'
I knock at the door,Oisin is a bit reluctant,I don't really care, we all know our schools' relationships,so no need to panic for another episode of violence between schools.
"Enter"
"Sorry for the intrusion,we need to leave those boxes to Amami-sensei"
"Oh yes,leave them here… and you didn't here anything right?"
"Yessir!"

Outside gate after volleyball practice
I'm tired and smelly but I still need to wait for Oisin to finish his extra lessons (He's as dumb as a rock).
To kill time I look at my phone.
Then i see some Koki-guys passing in front of me,i usually wouldn't even look up to them but one them starts talking
'He's waiting for a girl to harass ?'
'Wait isn't he the guy who argued with prez?'
'Yes you're right!'
I stare at them blankly.
"Do you need something?"
"…"
"They cut off your tongue?"
I hate talking with strangers.
I stay pretty much silent unless i'm worried,angry or comfortable.
"Weirdo…"
They walk away.
"Those guys are assholes right Tanaka-kun?"
Then a big pat on the back.
"Kokoga-senpai,you scared the shit out of me"
"Don't talk like that to your senpai~"
"Zip it"
"Yeah… hey Hayashi-Kun! Your friend it's waiting so move your ass!"
I see Oisin in the distance.
This guy is Kotaro Koganegawa, my second year senpai in the volleyball club.
He's the starting setter of the team.
Tall,blonde and muscular,not the usual physique for a setter,that's why is nickname is "Colossal setter",but he likes being called Kokoga (Kotaro+Koga)
"Hey wanna come to the volleyball field in our zone after school with me and Sato,Kokoga-senpai?"
Why???? Oisin i'm tired idiot
"Yeah why not,I've already been there and it looks cool so… 5:00 P.M right there for a little practice before tomorrow,right?"
Today it's going to be a tiring day…
