"Its a great reminder, giving birth isn't exactly easy no matter their species."

"Sorry, I couldn't keep them out of your room, are you doing alright my dear?"
"I'm alright mum, just need to take a few more deep breaths.
"Take your time."
"Wow! She looks so cute mommy!"
"Small!"
"Why is she so small?"
"She looks like a bean mommy!"
"Now, now. Meet your baby sister. Yara."
"So small... she could fit in my mouth–"

"Why am I so small?"
"You're different from your siblings my sweet kitten."
"Different?"
I'm Yara, I'm a domestic kitten. I'm smaller than my siblings and I'm the youngest one.
I shed a lot of fur around the house from time to time.
I'm starting to feel I'm a burden in this home.
But my mommy is small like me!
Mommy says I'm different in the way I got her genes instead of my papa's!
My siblings are tigers! While I'm a Ragdoll! Like mama!
I'm jealous they have sharper features than mine!
Their claws and fangs are so shiny and sharp!
Mommy says I'll get it too soon when I'm older!

"The doctor said, Yara is also included in the requirement of wearing it."
"How come?"
"She's so small."
"Yes, and yes. But she does have tigers genes. That's what the doctor concluded."
"Did he do a fang inspection?"
"He certainly did, he said her fangs are growing well for a domestic hybrid."
"Good news then. Though, she is quite harmless at this age."
"I agree, I wasn't required to wear one until Highschool."
"A carnivore will always be a carnivore, he said?"
"He did."
"Then, call Yara to put it on, we need to atleast know it won't be uncomfortable for her to wear."
"Of course dear,"
"Yara? Sweetie?"
"Yes mommy?"
"Come here."
"As a carnivore, every one has to wear one."
"What is this?"
"I taste rubber!"
"Is it a perfect fit for your teeth?"
"Yes."
"But it tastes weird!"
"You'll get used to it kitten."
