It has been half a month since I moved here and right now that baby is driving me and almost everyone else crazy. My step sister, Sash and her boyfriend Rick, live here with their 2 week old baby, and they have no idea what they are doing. Rick's parents kicked him out, well his mother kicked him out of the second Sash walked in their house with the baby, they didn't tell them about the pregnancy to be on the safe side as they were staying there while hiding the pregnancy.
Now they are living here in Sasha's dad's house, and it's clear they are not cut out for this, downstairs all I hear is Sasha screaming at the baby, Rick Screaming at her not to yell at the baby, and her dad Marcus, my stepdad telling them both to shut up and shut the baby up. Half of the other siblings left, to stay the night at friends house just to get away from the crying,but the big problem is how Sasha hates when someone tries to help her…..fuck this shit.
I went into my closet taking out the baby stuff I had when my daughter was a newborn and went downstairs,...
*Livingroom….*
The living room is huge, so her bedroom is on the side of the wall. In the living room everyone has on headphones or are just fed up and covering their ears, "what are you looking for girl?" Marcus asked, "Sasha's room" I said, he pointed towards her room down the hall, with a blunt in his mouth

…I kicked the fucking door in, and walked in "bitch who the FUCK do you-" "SHUT UP! SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH FOR ONCE!" I shouted at Sasha getting in her face, she backed up and left the room running to my mom, I didn't care "give her to me" I told him, Rick didn't hesitate, and even blocked the door in case Sasha came back,she was hollering like someone stabbed her, this baby, I took the gum relief and coated it on her gums, then took the bottle they were using and examined it"Go dump all of that out and wash it, there is a jug with a red cap on it, pour that in here, and grab the baby bottle cap that's sitting in the freezer and screw that on to the baby bottle" he nodded and left, coming back in the blink of an eye, I fed her the bottle and bounced her on my knee, she started to quiet down but felt like she was uncomfortable, she'd drinkn then cry then drink and cry again so I laid her down and checked her diaper "she's shitty" I said "I tried giving her a bath but Sasha wanted to get it on video, however she'd spit up, have a blow out, or start crying so Sasha would say we'll bathe her later when she's cutier" he said…
I looked at him, stared at him"Do ... .Did you want this baby in the first place Rick?" I asked, "yes! Yes I….I love my daughter, but it's not easy when she has a mother like Sash-" "no!....you are her father Rick….you have to put your foot down when you know whatever Sasha wants isn't good for this little girl, grow a pair of fucking balls!.....now take her and go give her a real bath" he nodded, taking Lavender from me and running the water, she was still crying but now it was just whimpers….when he brought her back, she was whining, so I gave him her bottle and let him feed her….she was quiet….drinking, and holding onto his fingers, she stared at him as he fed her.
Sasha ran in and tried to take the bottle from him with her camera ready"Nooo Rick we have to get it on videoooo! Stopppppp-" "SASHA GET THE HELL OUT OF MY FACE!" He snapped she backed up, and he turned away with Lavender in his arms, I took the chance and backed her up out of the room "You had no fucking right to go in there and fuck shit up like that I am doing just fine, and I am a good mom-" "SHUT UP SASHA! SHUT.UP. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK YOU ARE DOING,YOU ARE A TERRIBLE MOTHER !!" I snapped at her, Rick closed the door and everyone sat around and watched us, "I know how to raise my baby and I need no one's help I'm grown-" Slapp!
I slapped her "what..." her eyes teared as she held her face "you are 16 years old you little bitch!that is not grown here! You are still a fucking child! So I'll do what they didn't Slap! That's for acting like a bitch towards your mom Slap! That's for getting in shit that is not your business Slap! That's for getting pregnant at 16 Slap! And that for treating that boy like a dumbass and that baby like a social media toy Slap! And this is because you're a terrible mother slap!"
Her face was red.
She said nothing but held her cheeks and let the tears fall, "this isn't a game! That is a life that you are responsible for! It's not like your little siblings where you can act like a good sister and then let your parents do the rest. You have to actually take care of your daughter full time or give her up to Rick and his family, because I swear I don't know anyone who'd want to stay with a girl like you!" she was crying now, when I said that last sentence it hit her, she shook her head"noo…I love my baby, I love Lavender ... .and I love Rick I didn't mean to….." no one stopped me or said anything, some of them nodding in agreement.
Rick came out of the room holding Lavender….she was asleep…peaceful and quiet, which made Sasha cry more…..he handed Lavender to her…and she held and rocked her, he handed her the camera which had pictures he took himself whenever he found a cute moment of Lavender….."I'm sorry Rick....I'm so sorry" "it's okay" he said I snapped my head towards him"..,...no…..no it's not okay…..Sasha we have to do better…..my mom keeps calling and texting telling me I could come back home if I leave you two or I could come back home if I I give my rights up .....I want to prove to her that I don't need her….that my life will still go along the same path even with a baby….I love you and our babygirl….but we both have to do better…."he said, she nodded, leaning against his chest… "so …" Maryland, Sasha aunt started"does this mean you'll start accepting help from everyone now?" She asked , when they both nodded, immediately her and some of the others went outside and came back in with a bunch of baby things, they all went into Lavender's room to start setting everything up.
"Thank you .."Marcus said, shaking his head, rubbing his forehead "I don't know what she went through at her mom's or how she was raising her ,I couldn't say nothing to her or get her to listen to me without her running to your mom, who always sided with her...thank you for being the only adult in the room, Girl" he said, I stared at him, "my name Is Ruby,Marcus" I said, he nodded "I know that, but you dont look like a ruby... plus like you siad when you got here...You go by Ronny"..... I smiled and nodded, going back upstairs,it was hard to believe that was all she needed to hear....maybe it was becaue I had my dad's help or because me and my daughters dad had clear heads but I didn't act like that when I gave birth to my daughter Jayden....
As I closed my door I heard my mom start yelling anout how I treated Sasha but I smiled when I heard Marcus start yelling back...she started to try and explain and make excuses but everyone shut them down even Rick...the house was quiet for thw rest of the day....my mom pouty, Sasha talking wuth the firness who were happy she was set right, and Ricks dad here playing with his granddaughter, his wife not with him, not even in the car...but Rick was smiling, Lavender was laughing and my step siblings came back shocked at the scene...
