Karl casually picked up a pastry and took a bite before looking at the three beauties beside him in confusion.
The terrifying aura Yan, Black Phoenix, and Hela had sensed earlier had leaked out when Karl used Concept Modification on all the Infinity Stones aboard the warship.
Karl himself hadn't even noticed it.
"How did you suddenly become so much stronger?"
Yan looked at him seriously.
"For a moment, I felt as though death itself was hanging over me. But it disappeared almost immediately."
Seeing Karl's puzzled expression, Yan realized he genuinely hadn't noticed.
Karl looked toward Hela and Black Phoenix.
Both nodded solemnly.
"All right."
Karl sighed.
"My strength has indeed increased considerably."
There was no reason to hide it from them.
"I'm currently at the early stage of the Super Single-Universe level."
Yan, Black Phoenix, and Hela stared at him.
Before this, Karl had only been at the middle stage of the Single-Universe level.
Now he had skipped several stages and directly entered the Super Single-Universe level.
No wonder that momentary aura had frightened them so badly.
Nearby, Hera and Rhea also parted their lips in surprise.
Neither had expected Karl's strength to reach such an incredible level.
If anything, it only strengthened their determination to secure a permanent position beside him.
Neither woman was foolish enough to imagine monopolizing Karl.
That was impossible.
Besides, from everything they had observed, Karl clearly cared deeply about his existing wives.
Their goal could only be to earn an important position among them, not replace everyone else.
Karl looked at Yan's shocked expression and couldn't resist pinching her nose twice.
Yan immediately glared at him.
Karl responded by stuffing the half-eaten pastry into her mouth.
Yan gave him another annoyed look before eating it anyway.
At that moment, Gaea and Athena, Goddess of Wisdom and War, approached carrying two plates of fruit.
Karl suddenly remembered something.
"Yan."
"Hm?"
"Do you still have anything from your original universe?"
Yan looked at him strangely.
"If you do, I may be able to take you home."
Yan froze.
Her shock this time was even greater than when Karl revealed his new strength.
"You... really?"
Karl nodded.
Yan immediately searched through her dark-plane storage.
"Yes!"
A Flaming Sword appeared in her hand.
She quickly handed it to Karl.
Karl accepted the weapon and transferred it into his System Space.
The sword appeared before the Cosmic Gate.
Buzz!
White light swept over the weapon.
A moment later, information appeared in Karl's mind.
[Foreign cosmological signature detected.]
[Universe coordinates successfully analyzed.]
[Coordinates recorded.]
[Passage may be opened at any time.]
Karl's eyes brightened.
It worked.
He turned toward Yan.
"I really can take you back."
Yan stared at him without speaking.
"But we'll go after I've dealt with the Celestials and the TVA."
Karl smiled gently.
"Okay, my dear Yan?"
Yan nodded repeatedly.
Then she threw herself into his arms.
Karl hugged her tightly and gently patted her back.
The exchange stunned the others nearby.
Black Phoenix and Hela already knew Yan came from another universe, but Hera, Rhea, Gaea, and Athena hadn't known.
More importantly, Karl had just casually revealed that he possessed a method capable of traveling beyond their universe entirely.
The Olympian goddesses also noticed something else.
Yan's status.
Whether beside Karl's bed or here on his throne, Yan behaved differently from everyone else.
She didn't sit in Karl's lap like a favored concubine seeking affection.
She simply sat beside him on the throne itself.
Karl never questioned it.
Black Phoenix and Hela, despite their own importance, had occupied the armrests instead.
Hera and the others immediately understood.
There was a hierarchy among Karl's women.
And this blonde angel clearly occupied one of the highest positions.
...
[Sir.]
Vastness's voice suddenly sounded.
[Samuel, Juggernaut, Lockjaw, Speed, Pietro, Crystal, and Peter wish to continue living aboard Skyblade VII.]
[They were unable to locate you, so they contacted me for authorization.]
Karl nodded.
"Let them stay."
He hadn't decided what to do with the old Skyblade VII anyway.
If they preferred remaining there, it didn't matter.
Besides, almost everyone staying aboard the new flagship was now female—either women already close to Karl or women likely to remain with him in the future.
Karl suddenly remembered something else.
"Vastness."
[Sir.]
"Has Juggernaut shown any abnormalities recently?"
"Any uncontrolled surges of Cyttorak's power?"
Karl still didn't trust Cyttorak's sudden decision to raise Cain Marko to the Single-Universe level.
[No abnormalities detected, Sir.]
[Juggernaut has shown stable behavior.]
[Aside from racing around with Speed and Pietro, he spends most of his time wandering the ship with Lockjaw.]
[Most of those trips end in the dining hall.]
Karl's expression twitched slightly.
Same old Cain.
"All right. Keep monitoring him."
[Understood.]
Karl leaned back again and tightened his arms around Yan.
Then he felt that something was missing.
A moment later—
Whoosh!
Yan's pure-white wings appeared behind her.
Karl immediately placed his hands on them with practiced ease.
Yan's body trembled slightly.
She glared at him but didn't stop him.
Karl relaxed against the throne while Hera fed him fruit.
At his signal, Black Phoenix and Hela moved behind him and began massaging his shoulders.
Below the throne, Aphrodite and Persephone joined Gaea's daughters and the other Olympian goddesses as they began their carefully prepared dance.
