Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: A Hundred Million Times! Lian Collapses!

A few of Leo's fellow officers continued to joke around in the background. It was a well-known fact that Leo was still single, and the girl in front of him was stunning—fair-skinned, graceful, and looking every bit like a celebrity.

It was no wonder that punk had targeted her. Even after hearing she was related to a cop, he had been desperate enough to pull a knife.

"My uncle's name is Lin Zhengfeng, but most people just call him Uncle Feng," the girl said, looking around at the group. "Do any of you know him?"

"Uncle Feng?" Leo frowned. The name felt strangely familiar, like a word on the tip of his tongue.

"Ah!" a junior officer exclaimed. "Wait, is that the same Uncle Feng who got demoted from the Yau Ma Tei precinct and sent out to Pingba Village? I've heard of him—he's a real veteran."

"I heard he's a master of Maoshan Feng Shui," another added, sighing. "Supposedly, he specializes in those 'bizarre' cases no one else can touch. But he's old-fashioned and has a prickly personality. He used to write about ghosts and black magic in his official reports. Obviously, the brass hated that, so they stuck him out by the reservoir to guard the water."

The junior officer shook his head at the wasted talent, but Leo's mind was racing. Maoshan Feng Shui... Uncle Feng...

Holy crap!

Leo stared at the girl, realization hitting him like a freight train. No wonder she looked so familiar.

Uncle Feng... Uncle Jiu... this was the world of the Magic Cop!

So this isn't just a Hong Kong crime drama crossover—this is a full-blown Supernatural Crossover!

Leo's heart skipped a beat. Surviving in a world of vengeful ghosts and dark sorcery was a death sentence without a "cheat" or some kind of supernatural edge.

"Alright, I'll take you back," Leo said quickly. He needed to get close to Uncle Feng; in a world this dangerous, a Maoshan master was the best ally he could find.

"Thank... thank you. I don't even know your name yet." Lian looked at Leo's handsome face, her blush deepening from more than just the drug.

"It's Leo. But you can just call me A-Luo," he replied.

He helped her into his car and started the engine. However, as they drove, the situation took a turn for the worse. Lian began to writhe in the passenger seat, her slender hands rubbing against her body as the aphrodisiac reached its peak. Her eyes were glazed with a seductive, watery haze.

She lost all control, leaning over the gear shift toward him, her face a deep crimson.

"Damn it," Leo hissed, glancing over. "What kind of cocktail did that punk give her? This is insane."

"Lian, hang in there! Uncle Feng will know how to fix this—"

Before he could finish, Lian pounced on him like a hungry tigress. Leo slammed on the brakes, swerving to the side of the road as she draped herself over him.

"Wait! Stop! Don't—"

The System Awakens

Leo felt like he was suffocating under the heat of the moment. Just as he felt completely helpless, a sudden, cold mechanical voice rang out in his mind.

[Ding! Host detected suffering a critical hit from a 'Woman of Destiny.' Special Skill binding in progress!]

[Ding! Congratulations, Host! You have successfully bound the "One Hundred Million Fold" Skill!]

As the voice faded, a flood of information poured into Leo's brain.

The skill was exactly what it sounded like: no matter what action he performed, if he activated the skill, that action would be completed one hundred million times instantly.

If he practiced a single punch, he would instantly gain the experience of a hundred million strikes, reaching Grandmaster proficiency. If he read a page of a book, he would gain the insight of a hundred million readings, mastering the knowledge beyond its written limits.

A cheat! My Golden Finger is finally here!

Leo's body trembled with excitement. Was it triggered because Lian was a "Woman of Destiny"? He looked at the girl, who was now completely lost to the drug's effects. He thought of Uncle Feng's dignified, square face—the man was a carbon copy of the legendary Uncle Jiu.

If Uncle Feng finds out, he'll kill me.

Whatever! I'm the victim here too! Leo reasoned. He was a star police officer with a god-tier system. Surely Uncle Feng wouldn't be that unreasonable.

With a sudden thought, he triggered the system.

[Ding! Activating "One Hundred Million Fold" Skill. You have instantly completed one hundred million repetitions!]

[Comprehensive Strength: +9,999!] [Core & Waist Strength: +9,999!]

Leo's eyes snapped open. A volcanic surge of power filled his body. His endurance and physical capacity shattered the limits of human biology. He felt like an infinite motor—unstoppable.

The Aftermath

The air in the car seemed to vibrate. After what felt like an eternity compressed into a moment, the drug's effects finally dissipated.

Leo sat back, breathing steadily, while Lian lay slumped against the seat. He panicked for a second, wondering if he'd overdone it. He immediately checked her pulse and began performing emergency resuscitation.

"Lian! Stay with me! Don't die on me now, or your uncle really will hunt me down!"

A few moments later, Lian's eyes fluttered open. The glazed look was gone, replaced by a hazy clarity. She gasped for air, looking at Leo in a daze.

"You..."

"I..."

Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through her, and the memory of the "impact" hit her like a truck. Her face filled with terror and she let out a hysterical scream.

"AHHHHH!"

Leo lunged forward, covering her mouth with his hand. "Stop! Do you want the whole neighborhood to hear? Keep it down!"

"Besides," he added, looking slightly exasperated, "I'm the victim here!"

Lian went quiet, staring at him. Technically, she had jumped him, but she felt like she had been run over by a freight train. Her entire body was numb. It felt like she had traveled to the edge of the universe and back.

"What are we going to do?" she whispered weakly, her voice trembling. "If I go home like this... my uncle will know. And you... you won't survive his temper."

She glared at him, but even glaring hurt.

Leo looked at her, feeling a bit guilty. "How about this? I'll take you to the hospital. We'll say you were hit by a car, and I rescued you. Sound good?"

Lian gave a bitter, pained smile. "You don't understand my uncle. He's a Maoshan Master. He doesn't need a medical report—he'll be able to tell the moment he looks at me that I'm not a virgin anymore."
