Chapter 47 - Chapter 47: The Mighty Beast!

After focusing on his newly awakened fourth ability, Jordan turned his attention to the data panel above.

First: "Destructive Power."

The attribute Jordan had randomly selected last night was this one. It jumped from the original D-rank to A-rank, representing the pinnacle of the Stand panel.

However, it remained to be seen how much of this "A" rating on paper was actually inflated.

After all, a regular Stand is only A-rank because that's the maximum a Stand can reach. Star Platinum is only A-rank because its maximum stats cap at A-rank.

The difference is incomparable.

Aside from "Destructive Power" skyrocketing under the "Controllable Breakthrough" effect, all other panel attributes except "Range" had undergone some degree of growth.

Although Jordan didn't know what use attributes were for a card-based Stand, at least the current 3A stats looked much better than the inconsistent, weak stats of the old configuration. Holy crap!

Just as Jordan was enthusiastically reviewing the Stand panel, a pale purple, transparent figure with a bare upper body and skirt armor around the waist appeared out of thin air beside him. Its entire body was burning with the same blue flames as his spiritual power!

Huh? This weird thing floating in mid-air like a ghost is right in my face. Why isn't my spider-sense alerting me?

Startled, Jordan instinctively stepped back, bracing for danger. His toothbrush, coated with toothpaste foam, transformed into a makeshift dagger, ready to stab at any moment.

Who would have thought the half-naked man would follow like a shadow the next second!

As the toothbrush imbued with spiritual power pierced halfway through its strike, Jordan suddenly realized the transparent figure, with a slightly aggrieved expression and hands crossed in an "X" gesture, had a strange sense of familiarity.

Sharp eyebrows and bright eyes. A handsome yet resolute face. Tall and muscular build.

Turning around suddenly, he was surprised to see his reflection in the bathroom mirror.

Exactly the same!

As if a lightning bolt pierced the darkness in his mind, looking at the strange skirt armor on the figure's body, completely woven from fantasy cards, and eliminating all impossibilities, Jordan opened his mouth and spat out toothpaste foam.

"Fantasy Cards!?"

The half-naked man floating nearby breathed a sigh of relief and nodded in agreement. Then he opened his mouth and said, "YES!"

Emphasized with conciseness and clear pronunciation.

Jordan grabbed a towel from the wall and wiped foam from the corner of his mouth. Then he rubbed his eyes in disbelief.

When he opened them again, the figure beside him remained, calm and solid. It didn't disappear because of his movements.

Jordan slapped his bewildered forehead, finally accepting the shocking transformation of his own Stand.

After the second evolution, the palm-sized card had transformed into a burly man from the Joestar bloodline. Who wouldn't be confused in this situation?

Jordan's apartment was quite large. The bathroom was much more spacious than some people's entire studios. However, two burly men, each over 1.95 meters tall, suddenly crowding before the sink—one with a calm expression, floating in the air with arms crossed...

The entire space suddenly felt cramped.

Speaking of which, how to get along with a humanoid Stand really touched on a blind spot in Jordan's knowledge.

Fantasy Cards: (°_°)

Before the washbasin, the two Jordans stared at each other, speechless.

However, this was a normal phenomenon. No matter who it was, anyone would feel strange if a half-naked muscular man suddenly appeared beside them.

Puri-Puri Prisoner: Is this for real?

Even setting aside the S-rank hero with questionable orientation, when Jotaro Kujo awakened his Stand, didn't he treat Star Platinum like a ghost, guarding against it day and night? He even did something as absurd as shooting himself with a pistol, permanently reducing Star Platinum's range to C-rank.

In contrast, Jordan's initial reaction of using a toothbrush to defend himself was quite calm.

Fortunately, after evolving into human form, Fantasy Cards and Star Platinum were Stands of the same type. Both usually maintained a cool, aloof demeanor.

This made Jordan breathe a sigh of relief. Thankfully, his other side wasn't a chatterbox.

Thinking about it this way, he felt much more at ease. Once the Stand evolved into human form, its functionality would inevitably be enhanced in epic fashion.

Find an opportunity to maximize the slightly lacking "Speed." Imagine having both A-rank power and speed, with your Stand entering the fray simultaneously...

Jordan was ready to ask Saitama for the secrets of "Consecutive Normal Punches."

As for the side effect of suddenly having someone beside you? Just think of it as looking in a mirror.

After tidying the washbasin, Jordan went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

Ham.Bread. Fried eggs with butter.

While making coffee, he specifically asked, "Would you like a cup?"

Fantasy Cards glanced at him like he was an idiot and silently shook its head.

Jordan also realized that Stands had no physical form. The necessities of food and water for humans were meaningless to spiritual entities.

"Why don't you try making breakfast?"

Faced with the unreasonable demand from the original body, the Fantasy Cards that had just acquired a humanoid body hesitated for a moment before stepping forward. It took the frying pan and cups being controlled by telekinesis.

Looking at the Stand earnestly preparing breakfast, Jordan was moved to tears. After transmigrating for more than half a year, he'd finally achieved the freedom of not cooking. Shouldn't he go celebrate with Saitama and the others?

Although in other people's eyes, there was no essential difference between cooking with a Stand and cooking with telekinesis.

A steaming hot breakfast was served. Jordan took a bite with great anticipation. How to describe the taste?

Whether the proportion of seasonings or control of heat, it was exactly the same as his own cooking. Just like eating breakfast he'd made himself.

But this wasn't the point.

He gestured for the Stand who'd finished its work and was floating beside him to sit down across the table.

While eating, Jordan asked, "Although we have a spiritual link, why don't you give yourself a name? It's too troublesome to always use the full stand name. Mainly because it's easy for readers to criticize padding word count."

Upon hearing this, Fantasy Cards paused for a moment, nodded solemnly, and fell into thought.

After a short while, it seemed to have made a decision. Calmly but seriously, it said, "F."

"F? Just take the first letter? That's too simple..." Jordan put the last piece of fried egg into his mouth. "Then let's call you 'F-boy.' It's a simple and friendly nickname. Sounds nice with a touch of playfulness. That's decided."

F-boy: "..." (Whatever makes you happy.)

Today's breakfast ended in a harmonious atmosphere. Without Jordan's reminder, F-boy appeared on its own to clean up the mess. It expertly went into the kitchen to run water and wash dishes. Finally, after confirming there wasn't a trace of dirt or water on the clean dishes, it silently floated back to its original body and disappeared.

Look. What is professionalism?

This is professionalism!

If it weren't for the fact that the image of a muscular man in a black and white apron was too explicit, Jordan would've dressed his Stand in a complete Genos-style housekeeping outfit.
