Chapter 6 - chapter 6 The Fall of Namek Shadows Over the Earth II

Lightning raced through the sky as Shibuya and Shinjuku were once again covered by the shadows of clouds, blocking the rays of the sun from making their way in. Something huge was spotted floating inside the clouds, like a creature with massive tails.

After finishing the required lightning he needed, Otaro Kagetsu realized a load of massive lightning bolts were aimed at them.

"Now die! Disappear from my sight!!"

The bolts of lightning raced downward, screaming and making a screeching noise as they made impact on the ground.

EXPLOSION!!

With such force, waves of lightning streamed through the streets of Shibuya, shattering glass from buildings. The alarms inside cop cars began to blare noisily as the entire city was engulfed in blue waves of light. The impact of the lightning was so strong that people were sent flying into the air.

Jotyu High

The grandmaster of Jotyu stood outside the guild hall, his arms folded behind his back. His pointy beard and garments danced in the wind as he could see everything happening in the city from afar. Someone spoke behind him, suggesting he send his grandson and fellow sorcerers to aid Katzuki and Islodin.

"Master, shouldn't you send Kei? Let him go and take care of this mess before they do any more damage."

A person came out from the shadows, standing beside him. Her silky black hair waved beside her, and her pink Chinese hanfu danced in the wind. The wind made its way from the heated battle that was brewing across Shibuya.

"No! Chun Yin, let the elite sorcerers handle it themselves," the grandmaster, known as Lorenzo, said, as they could see smoke rising through the clouds where two beasts could be seen in a heated clash.

Elite Sorcerers: Elite sorcerers are considered juniors; they are both seniors and juniors. The guild was made for the gifted, who swore and devoted their lives to protect lives at all costs.

Shibuya:

The smoke died down, revealing another mythical creature: two 15-meter bulls standing left and right, with their horns set. White energy flared from them, creating another force field. This was Katzuki's second familiar, known as Horn Kys, specialized in blocking global destructive attacks such as nuclear weapons.

The force field went off, but the two familiars remained. Katzuki's energy burst, still in control, was attacked by the asteroids as they engaged in a fierce battle. The battle was four against two.

"Amanda! We have to go now!"

Karl said, urging Amanda to get out of the massacre, as it isn't safe for both of them to be in a place like this, where they can easily get killed at any moment, because they were different from sorcerers.

"Okay…"

Amanda helped Karl to his feet, and they both started running with there shoes thumping on the ground, that'when another arrow dropped in front of them, making a ticking noise.

"Oh! Crap?!"

EXPLOSION!!

Both Karl and Amanda were sent flying, rolling on the ground. Karl felt he was deaf due to the huge explosion; he couldn't hear anything at all. His vision cleared, and the first thing he saw was a lady standing above Amanda, her boots pressing against Amanda's stomach. She wore a strange mask and black tights, and she appeared to be holding a crossbow as well.

"Do you have any last words, daughter of Thomas Grant?" the female assassin said as her voice echoed through her face mask. Amanda lay on the ground in a pool of blood; all she could do was stare at Karl, who lay on the floor. His backbone was broken during the explosion.

A little kid stood in the middle of the city, crying as people began running to and fro across the streets. It was huge mayhem; buildings crashed against one another as a flying monster and a giant bull clad in golden armor engaged in a heated battle of raw strength.

Jade, 7, was about to pull the trigger of her gun when, out of nowhere, a piece of metal sliced through her face, cutting her in half. Her lifeless body fell to Amanda's side.

THUDS!!

The little kid who stood in the middle of Shibuya was about to get killed as a tanker mixed with flames could be seen descending from the sky, coming down hard.

"WATCH OUT!!"

Out of nowhere, somebody fell on top of him, shielding the little boy with his own body as the entire place was engulfed in flames. Pieces of flaming particles showered all over the area, and part of Shibuya had already been scorched to the ground. Lifting himself off the little boy and panting, the stranger asked if he was okay.

"YOU'RE OK, KID?" he said, to which the boy nodded his head, trembling.

A figure floated down from the sky. Quintaro was impressed by Renjiro's bravery for putting his life on the line for the little boy he knew nothing about.

"Bravo! Bravo! Absolutely wonderful!" Quintaro said, landing on the ground and leaving a huge crater on the ground.

Renjiro told the little boy to get behind him.

"Man! He's so huge! Are those markings? Where did he come from?" Renjiro thought. All his life, he had never seen anyone so large; the only person he had seen who was so huge was Boaz Hampton from his school. Though he was a senior student, he was not this size.

"Very impressive. So this is what you pesky humans do?… laying down your lives for other in what way does that benefit you?" Quintaro said, his voice booming. An explosion rang through the entire place.

"YOU! WHO ARE YOU?!"

"What are you doing here?" Renjiro asked. Inside his mind, he was greatly troubled; he knew he didn't have the skills or the basics to stand a chance against the person standing in front of him. With his appearance and aura, something told him this being did not originate from Earth.

"Are those flaming swords?" renjiro said gulping. With broad of sweats dropping down from his head. Running down to his body. As he felt his body begin to shake.

"My name is Quintaro Kagetsu. I'm from Planet Namek. My family and I traveled a long distance to this place."

"What do you people want?" Renjiro asked.

"Simple: erasing you humans from the face of the Earth and rebuilding our home. We'll take every energy signature, soul, and life force altogether to supply the God Tree."

"God Tree?!"

"Yes!" he said, holding a white mustard seed. "We'll gather all living energy sources, as much as we can, and use it to revive my people here on Earth. Earth is too good to be shared by humans alone."

"So you're planning on wiping the entire human race out of existence for your own kind?"

"YES!"

"I won't let that happen!" Renjiro said through gritted teeth. The thought of losing his family and beloved school made him tense. His jaw clenshed fist tightened.

"You see, without the forest and the trees, And the sweetness of strawberries, and the freshness of the winds, nature's wouldn't have exist without them, it's is a shame that it's all going to waste. Quintaro said.

Be grateful that you are about to die in my hands. I don't quite seem to understand why you humans fight so much! What is it that you are fighting for?" Quintaro said, annoyed. He just wanted to enjoy a little chat before jumping into battle.

"What am I fighting for?! What am I fighting for?!"

Renjiro said softly, looking at the ground, his silver hair waving in the wind. Thinking back, he remembered his sweet kid sister Timi, his mom and dad, his home, his school, his life they were all here on Earth! And he was glad to lay down his life for them. He grabbed a handful of dirt, raising his head high.

"BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, EARTH IS STILL MY HOME! SOME PEOPLE ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR!"

He shouted at the top of his voice, glaring at him as the wind began to swirl around him. Quintaro smiled, showing his full teeth to the brim.

"SHOW ME WHAT YOU'VE GOT!!"
