Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Beginning of the End

There is the world, fractured—suspended, like an ancient relic, between Earth and the vast, unforgiving void of space. Time itself had become a jagged, unrelenting wave, pulling at the city's remains. Everything was wrong, the sky split in two: one side bathed in the dim light of a dying star, the other a swirling vortex of frozen nothingness.

And here comes our protagonist, Han Jiwon, sounds cool right.

Jiwon walked through this chaotic scene, the world around him silent except for his dagger tapping against his side. His weapon, sleek and dark as devil, gleamed in the fractured light, ready. With each step, his mind worked cautiously, calculating, analyzing, never pausing for a moment of doubt.

He was used to it by now—the constant hum of the **Hologram System**, its presence a quiet companion to his every action.

"*System Online.*" The words appeared in his system , a gentle reminder that he was always being watched.

Jiwon looked ahead, the streets in disarray. In the distance, a figure towered over the broken skyline. There is a monster which is called **Dragon King of Ice**, its massive wings sweeping the air, its icy breath freezing the atmosphere around it. But something was different in it. Its heart pulsed in a way it had heat, the blood pumping through veins that were designed to be hot.

A small, almost imperceptible smile crossed Jiwon's face as he analyzed the creature.

[**System**: *Analyzing: Dragon King of Ice—Stage 1 Boss. Common initial manhwa trope. Weakness identified: Heart not cooled. Body not suited for sustained heat generation.*]

"*Of course,*" Jiwon thought to himself, he narrowed his eyes the dragon with a broken heart—classic trope for a new creator.*"

[**System**: *No cooling system detected. Heat regulation failure. Critical vulnerability identified: Heart exposed. Analyze enemy's behavior to determine optimal attack vector.*]

Jiwon's black eyes flickered calm. He could almost hear the monster's footsteps echoing through his mind as he planned his approach. His thoughts moved swiftly, like flipping through the pages of a manhwa. He had seen this exact scenario before, countless times. He knew the story. And he knew how to defeat it.

The dragon roared, a ferocious sound that rattled the broken streets. But Jiwon wasn't fazed. He reached down, pulling out his heat-infused dagger from his belt. The blade hummed with the power of a hundred forges, the air around it shimmering from the intense energy it radiated.he asked the system to give him speed attack 80 km/hr and told the attack to be towards left flank.

[**System**: *Calculated optimal attack: Speed—calculation complete. Momentum—calculation complete. Enemy's attack speed: 80 km/h. Best attack angle: Left flank.*]

Without hesitation, Jiwon calculated the dragon's movements in his mind. He attacked as per his mind. The dragon coughed cold ice okay.

His body moved before his thoughts could catch up. He shifted left, the speed of his dagger slicing the air in perfect harmony with the dragon's attack. Time slowed, every second stretching out, every motion a calculated risk.

The heat dagger pierced the dragon's exposed heart, cutting through layers of thick, frozen scales and into the beast's fiery core.

[**System**: *Element Collected. Ice Element: 100%. Reward: 1. Food. 2. Elemental Upgrade: Ice Resistance.*]

The dragon's death cry echoed through the empty streets as it crumbled, its enormous body disintegrating into a storm of blue light and elemental energy. Jiwon absorbed the energy with a practiced motion, his hand reaching out to the holographic system hovering before him.

[**System**: *Transaction complete. New Element acquired. Reward: Food—compensation based on collected energy.*]

Jiwon ate, foode. He had no time to waste.

But as he was eating food, a new notification flashed on the screen, catching his attention.

[**System**: *Task Updated: Defeat the Monster. Scan complete. Monitoring task progress.*]

Jiwon scowled, the words appearing just as the hunger pangs subsided. He tapped on the notification, the window expanding in front of him. But before he could make sense of the task—

[**System**: *Error. Task cannot be processed. Error code 227: Task unavailable. Error logging initiated.*]

Jiwon sighed, annoyance creeping into his mind. "*Late again, huh?*"

[**System**: *Error acknowledged. Task completion delayed.*]

Before he could even shake his head, the ground trembled underfoot. A dark shadow stretched across the fractured skyline. From the horizon, another monstrous presence emerged—a **Lion King of Fire**. Its mane of flames crackled in the air, its massive claws leaving trails of fire as it moved.

Jiwon's eyes widened, frustration building. "*No… not now,*" he muttered under his breath, his hands instinctively reaching for his dagger again.

But just as he prepared for battle, the screen in front of him flickered. A final message appeared, in bold, menacing letters:

**"Rewritten Reality"**

The title burned into his mind as the Lion King of Fire let out a deafening roar, the heat from its mane scorching the very air around them. Jiwon gritted his teeth. This battle was far from over.

And then jiwon was in shock with eyes widened to fight the beast.
