The far side of Planet Namek was a corner forsaken by the light.
Here, there were no three annoying suns taking turns bombarding the land, only eternal twilight.
Gigantic ring-shaped mountain ranges stood like a circle of black fangs, chewing up the outside light and leaving behind only a few miserable strands of gray.
The air was thick like a pot of badly brewed magical potion, filled with the strange odor of sulfur mixed with decaying plants.
Krillin hovered in mid-air. Below his feet, the swamp gurgled with purplish-black poisonous bubbles, each one bursting and releasing a nauseating fishy stench.
"System, are you sure the Guardian lives in a hellhole like this? This environment is even worse than Snake Princess's dump of a lair."
Krillin calmly used his Ki to isolate the surrounding air. The screen of the Dragon Ball Radar in his hand was full of static and completely malfunctioning.
[System Prompt: Coordinates are correct. This is Planet Namek's ancient Land of Concealment.]
[Detected an extremely advanced Spatial Folding phenomenon 30 meters ahead. This technology utilizes natural magnetic fields and light refraction to form a perfect audio-visual shield.]
[Warning: Although invisible to the naked eye, an astonishing concentration of life energy of extremely high purity is gathered ahead.]
"Hiding in plain sight?"
Krillin slowly descended.
His boots landed on the slippery moss, making a soft squelching sound.
Before him was a stretch of rocky ground. Apart from a few dead tree trunks stretching toward the sky like the arms of mummies, there was nothing else.
But in Krillin's perception, which had already broken its limiters, this place was not empty.
On the contrary, it was so full it was almost overflowing.
He walked up to what appeared to be empty air and reached out his hand.
The sensation at his fingertip was not the flow of air, but resistance like congealed grease.
"Interesting."
The corner of Krillin's mouth lifted slightly as a wisp of golden-red Ki burst from his fingertip.
"Open sesame."
Bzzz...
The air groaned under unbearable strain.
That invisible barrier, which had lasted for thousands of years, shattered like a broken mirror under absolute power and collapsed completely.
As the disguise faded, the true scene unfolded before his eyes like a scroll painting.
For a moment, Krillin held his breath.
What appeared before him was an ancient temple constructed from flawless pure white jade.
Though etched with the marks of time, it still emitted a soft holy light.
And in the center of the temple stood a mutated hydrangea so immense it was suffocating.
Its canopy spread like a purple cloud, covering the entire sky.
Countless glowing purple vines hung from its branches, swaying gently in the wind and sprinkling specks of fluorescent light that illuminated the dim space with a dreamlike glow.
And beneath that flower tree stood a figure.
When Krillin saw that figure clearly, even he, who had seen countless beauties, felt his heart skip a beat.
Was that... a Namekian?
No, it wasn't.
She did not have the signature green skin of a Namekian.
Her skin was as fair as polished jade, glowing with a porcelain-like luster under the purple fluorescent light.
A waterfall of purple hair cascaded down to her ankles.
On her delicate oval-shaped face were a pair of emerald-green eyes.
She wore a priestess robe woven from unknown white petals.
The robe fit her form perfectly, outlining her slender waist and full chest.
"Who are you?"
The goddess spoke.
Her voice was ethereal and pleasant, like a mountain spring striking rocks, yet carried a biting chill.
Those emerald-green eyes stared fixedly at Krillin. Her purple hair moved without wind, as if reacting to danger.
[System Vision Activated]
[Name: Aki (Agisa)]
[Race: Planet Namek Hydrangea Saintess (Ancient Mutant)]
[Combat Power: 48,000]
[Beauty Rating: SSS+ (Galaxy-Level · Sacred)]
[Status: Extremely Alert, Territorial Consciousness Awakened]
"Intruder, or a robber who came for the Sacred Tree?!"
Aki sensed the terrifyingly powerful and unfamiliar aura coming from Krillin.
It was an overwhelming power completely different from the peaceful Ki of the Namekians.
Instinctively, she suspected the legendary demon Frieza had discovered this place.
"No matter who you are! To protect the Aki Temple and the Sacred Tree, you must die!"
With her sharp cry, the previously tranquil and beautiful purple vines instantly erupted into chaos.
Boom!
Dozens of huge glowing vines tore from the ground and transformed into purple flood dragons. With piercing shrieks, they attacked Krillin from all directions, intent on crushing him.
"Hey beautiful, no need for such a bad temper."
Krillin stood calmly with his hands still in his pockets.
Facing the overwhelming attack, he merely shifted his body slightly, moving with the ease of someone strolling through his own backyard.
Swish! Swish! Swish!
The sharp vines grazed past his cheeks, waist, and shoulders but did not even touch the hem of his clothes.
Krillin's figure flickered like a ghost within the dense attack net, each movement perfectly positioned within the attack's blind spots.
"You're very beautiful, but isn't this welcoming gift a bit too enthusiastic?"
Krillin tapped the tip of his foot and moved horizontally into mid-air, defying gravity and coming face-to-face with the now levitating Aki.
"You..."
Aki stared in shock at the man who had effortlessly dodged her sure-kill attack.
Her beautiful eyes were filled with disbelief.
"Impossible! Thorn Dance has no blind spots! How could you possibly see through all the trajectories?!"
She bit her lip and suddenly formed a seal in front of her chest with both hands. Her purple hair whipped wildly as a massive amount of life energy gathered in her palms.
"Wrath of the Purple Sunflower!"
Boom!
The ground around the temple instantly exploded.
Countless sharp wooden spikes wrapped in purple petals shot toward Krillin like a storm of pear blossoms.
Every petal was sharp as a blade, and every wooden spike was capable of piercing steel.
"Sigh, it seems I need to show a little something before you'll listen."
Krillin sighed.
Since the other party was a peerless beauty, he could not use overly violent methods.
He needed something more elegant.
Krillin suddenly took a step forward.
This step seemed to cross spatial distance itself, ignoring the laws of physics.
All the wooden spikes and petals shattered into glowing dust the moment they reached a point three feet in front of him, as if they had struck an invisible wall.
Amid the swirling rain of purple light, Krillin walked step by step toward Aki like a god descending.
He ignored the protective Ki surrounding her, reached forward, and gently lifted her pointed chin.
"Look into my eyes."
Krillin's voice was low and magnetic, carrying a force that struck directly at the soul.
Aki trembled all over.
At that instant, she felt as if she had been targeted by an ancient behemoth.
The energy she had been gathering in her palms instantly dissipated.
Her heart, which had not wavered for hundreds of years, now pounded violently as if trying to leap out of her chest.
"You... what do you want..."
Aki's voice trembled.
On her jade-white face, the previous killing intent rapidly faded and was replaced by an uncontrollable blush.
