Chapter 12 - 12 — Seven Heavenly Breaths! Seventh Activation!

Chapter 12 — Seven Heavenly Breaths! Seventh Activation!

At this moment, Seiki landed atop the tallest building in the Sand Village. With his enhanced night vision, he could clearly see the astonished expression on Shukaku's face—

"This aura… it's not inferior to the Sage of Six Paths!"

One second, Shukaku had been intent on wiping out the entire Sand Village. The next, it only wanted to flee as quickly as possible.

Seiki's hair stood straight up, his skin had turned a deep crimson, and his eyes radiated a terrifying killing intent. His entire body was wrapped in blazing, incandescent energy—he looked like a Super Saiyan who had wandered into the wrong series.

The Seven Heavenly Breaths technique increased the body's vitality by absorbing massive amounts of oxygen. Because it did not require chakra, Seiki had spent the past year desperately training his lung capacity.

Even after enduring the Fifth Layer: Sand Bath Hell, he had barely been able to activate the Second Activation—equivalent to the Gate of Rest from the Eight Gates.

In the world of Naruto, that level of strength would at most place him around chūnin.

But after obtaining the Superman: Teen Template, his internal organs gained unparalleled endurance. His lung capacity instantly surpassed human limits.

Originally, Seiki had only planned to try the Fifth or Sixth Activation as a test.

Instead, he had directly opened the Seventh Activation—equivalent to opening the Gate of Death among the Eight Gates!

One had to know that when Might Guy opened all Eight Gates, he nearly kicked the Naruto finale into existence.

For Seiki now, subduing a Tailed Beast was practically effortless.

Moreover, thanks to his abnormal physique, he felt no discomfort whatsoever. He had no worries about being forcibly erased after using an overpowered cheat.

Seiki had specifically named his Seventh Activation "Flame Emperor"—meaning Above Heaven and Below Earth, I Alone Reign Supreme!

"Who possesses such powerful taijutsu?"

Rasa was stunned. His sharp perception told him that this suddenly appeared powerhouse was using pure taijutsu.

As for the other Sand shinobi, they wore expressions as if witnessing a divine revelation.

"Is this the power of a god?"

"Does our village even have someone this strong?"

"Even the Fourth Kazekage couldn't stop the Tailed Beast Bomb, and he kicked it away with one foot?!"

Moments ago, Shukaku's overwhelming power had crushed the Sand shinobi's morale to rock bottom. But Seiki's appearance reignited their hope.

For a time, no one was looking to Rasa anymore. All eyes were fixed on Seiki.

"Shukaku!"

Seiki shouted.

Completely overwhelmed by his presence, Shukaku obediently stopped moving.

"Have you had enough?"

"Uh…"

Shukaku was at a loss. "I definitely can't win in a fight. The Tailed Beast Bomb is my strongest move. I probably can't escape either. This guy's strength might rival the Sage of Six Paths…"

Seiki leapt down. The towering building he had stood on instantly flattened due to the recoil force.

He landed steadily on Shukaku's head, crossed his arms, and said in a low voice, "I remember you know sealing techniques?"

Hearing that, Shukaku hurriedly nodded.

The Sand shinobi were stunned once again.

"Damn, this guy can actually communicate with the Tailed Beast!"

"Why is Shukaku letting him stand on its head so obediently?"

"What are they saying? I want to hear!"

"You can try getting closer. Shukaku will probably turn you into paste with one slap."

Seeing that Shukaku had no intention of continuing its destruction, Rasa—still floating in the air—quietly sent out his Third Eye behind them.

Of course, he only wanted to see what was happening. He definitely wasn't trying to stir up trouble.

After all, Shukaku alone was hard enough to deal with. Now there was another terrifying existence. Rasa clearly understood he was no match for this man.

Seiki reflexively threw a punch.

Not only did Rasa's Third Eye vanish, but every hill behind them disappeared as well.

That single strike terrified both Rasa and Shukaku.

"Just a casual punch—and it's as strong as a Tailed Beast Bomb!"

"This is terrifying. He must have the power of the Sage of Six Paths!"

For the first time in his life, Rasa realized he shared the exact same thoughts as Shukaku.

"So, can you seal yourself?"

Seiki asked calmly. "Because I don't know sealing techniques."

"…"

Shukaku was dumbfounded. This god-tier powerhouse didn't know sealing jutsu? What an extreme imbalance in skillset!

"Wait—seal myself? That's asking a bit much, isn't it?"

At that moment, Shukaku found itself missing the old monk Bunpuku even more. "Old friend, life inside you may have been boring, but at least it was safe. The outside world is too terrifying!"

Seeing Shukaku's troubled expression, Seiki felt the request might indeed be excessive. He turned to look at Rasa, who was hovering on his golden sand platform.

"Rasa, come here."

Seiki merely flicked a finger. A massive vortex instantly dragged Rasa off his sand platform and pulled him over.

"Not good! The Fourth Kazekage's been taken by that god-tier guy!"

"Wait, isn't he the hero who saved the village?"

"Even if he wanted to harm the Fourth, there's nothing we could do…"

The Sand shinobi clearly understood the gap between themselves and their Kazekage. And now, they had witnessed the even greater gap between a Kage-level shinobi and this mysterious powerhouse. No one dared interfere.

"H-hello…"

Though he had nearly been torn apart by the sudden gale, Rasa remained respectful toward the unknown hero who had saved the village.

"You don't recognize me?"

Seiki wondered inwardly, "Did my appearance change that much?"

In truth, Rasa found him somewhat familiar—he simply could not recall ever knowing someone this powerful.

"We've already discussed it. You'll seal Shukaku now."

"Discussed?"

Rasa blinked in confusion. "Who did you discuss it with?"

"Who else? Shukaku, of course."

After explaining, Seiki glanced down at Shukaku. "If you agree to be sealed, nod quickly."

The moment those words left his mouth, Shukaku nodded frantically.

It didn't want to remain under this god-tier being's feet for even a second longer. If he changed his mind, it might not die—but a brutal beating would be unavoidable.

A bead of cold sweat slid down Rasa's forehead. In the past, a Tailed Beast rampage was a catastrophe capable of destroying the entire village. Now it could be resolved peacefully through… negotiation?

"Rasa, stop dawdling. Otherwise, I'll just take the Tailed Beast away."

"S-sorry! I'm sorry!"

Terrified of angering him, Rasa nearly forgot he was the Fourth Kazekage. Apology written across his face, he hurriedly ordered Maki and the others to bring over the black tea kettle.

Soon after, Rasa easily sealed the entirely compliant Shukaku into the ninja tool.

Just moments ago, the situation had been dire. Yet it ended with astonishing ease.

Maki and the others had missed the scene of Seiki kicking away the Tailed Beast Bomb, so they had no idea how strong this man truly was.

What was worse, Maki had the nagging feeling he had seen this person somewhere before—he just couldn't remember where.

"That's it?"

"Not yet."

Rasa, who had just begun to relax, instantly tensed again. The man before him was far more dangerous than Shukaku.

"What are your demands?"

"Two things. First, the Sand Village is to stop pursuing Tailed Beast weaponization. You will not succeed. Second, Yura must be buried alongside Bunpuku."

Hearing Seiki's conditions, Rasa narrowed his eyes. Without hesitation, he nodded in agreement.

He did not have the courage to refuse.

Moments later, Seiki vanished once more into the night sky.
