Chapter 1 - Pilot

When someone goes to sleep on the thirty first of October, they usually expect to wake up in November first, but there is one in three hundred forty-seven million that someone during this time would transmigrate to a time five hundred years before. Twenty-three people had gone on that night. It's even rarer that all those people know one another. Some would call it a horrible experience that they wouldn't wish upon their worst enemy. They arrived in a randomly selected place; this place was the dead center of what is currently known as Oklahoma. All those people had known one another. How they did you will learn later.

"Where is everyone?"

Our modern-day hero had woken up in his house, it was empty and the power was out. Nobody had been inside but him. Even his guinea pig's cage was empty as if the rodent opened the door and walked away after closing it behind him. When he opened the front door, he had found that twenty-two other houses had been placed side by side with his own being in the middle of the left side. They're shaped in an upside-down U. No, they're placed like an 𝛀.

"Hello? Do you know what's going on?"

"No, do you?"

Both of them had been about the age of fifteen. Our modern-day hero, Rylea, had found himself speaking to a girl. She looked familiar. She was someone from his grade. They were both freshmen and had been in the same English class.

"Hey!"

In the middle of the omega symbol was a pole. It had many letters nailed into them with red ribbons wrapped around the nails. Imprinted into those red ribbons was a rogue's gallery of the people there. Some of the people there had been impossible to be compared to one another but oddly enough, the oldest one there was sixty-five and he was a tricky old fox. He was the most like Rylea but unlike Rylea, he had taken longer to get to where he was mentally at.

"Yeah?"

"Look at this."

All twenty-three people had found themselves at the poll and searching for their names.

"Rylea, Rylea, Rylea, hah!"

He found the name and took out the nail and opened the envelope to find a letter addressed to him.

"What does it say?"

"Dear Sir Rylea, we give you this letter as a way of telling you that you and your residence have been moved to the year 1525, we'll be placing thirteen days of food inside your home, and we'll be giving you a map."

"Hey, my note says the same thing."

"So, we're five-hundred years in the past? That means that we can do anything that we want."

"Anything we want?"

"For thirteen days."

"Thirteen days to party and figure out how to survive."

All of them went back to their homes and began to ration the food. They were going to be heading back to civilization in the coming time.
