Chapter 1 - Unnamed

Title: When the Rain Brought You

Chapter 1: The First Rain

It was the first day of the monsoon in Kolkata. The sky was dark, and the streets were shining under the soft rain. Aarav stood at the bus stop, holding his old backpack tightly. He hated rain, but that day, something felt different.

Suddenly, a girl ran toward the bus stop to escape the heavy rain. Her white dress was slightly wet, and her hair was dripping with water. She was breathing fast but smiling.

"I think the rain loves me too much," she laughed softly.

Aarav looked at her and forgot to blink.

That was the first time he saw Meera.

They shared the small space under the broken bus stop roof. It was awkward at first. Then she spoke.

"Do you study at City College?"

"Yes," Aarav replied nervously. "Second year."

"Same here," she smiled.

And just like that, the rain became their beginning.

Chapter 2: Coffee and Conversations

A few days later, Aarav saw Meera again in the college library. This time, she waved at him like they were old friends.

They started sitting together in class. Then one day, Meera said, "Let's go for coffee."

At a small café near the college, they talked for hours. About dreams. About fears. About family.

Meera wanted to become a writer. Aarav wanted to start his own business one day.

"You know," Meera said, stirring her coffee, "some people meet for a reason."

Aarav felt something warm in his heart.

That day, he realized — he was slowly falling in love.

Chapter 3: The Confession

Winter came quietly. The cold air made everything feel closer.

One evening, they were walking beside the river. The sunset painted the sky orange and pink.

Aarav's heart was beating fast.

"Meera," he said softly, "I need to tell you something."

She looked at him seriously.

"I don't know when it happened… but I think I love you."

There was silence.

For a moment, Aarav thought he had made a mistake.

Then Meera smiled — the same smile from the rainy day.

"I was waiting for you to say it," she whispered.

And under the fading sunset, their hands found each other.

Chapter 4: The Distance

Love is beautiful, but life is not always easy.

After graduation, Meera got a scholarship in Delhi. It was her dream.

Aarav was proud of her. But he was scared.

"Will distance change us?" he asked.

Meera held his face gently. "Distance only tests real love."

The first few months were hard. Late-night calls. Missed messages. Silent tears.

But they never stopped choosing each other.

Every "good night" message was a promise.

Every "I miss you" was real.

Chapter 5: When Love Wins

Two years later, Meera returned to Kolkata — not just as a student, but as a published author.

Aarav had started his small business successfully.

They met again at the same bus stop where everything began.

It was raining.

Meera laughed. "The rain still loves me."

Aarav smiled. "And I still love you."

This time, there was no fear. No distance. No doubt.

Just two hearts that survived time.

And as the rain fell again, they knew —

Some love stories are written by fate. And some are written by rain.

The End. ❤️
