At 2:30 a.m. Riya walk with a strange chill crawling across her skin. The house was silent ,too silent. Half, asleep her glanced at the mirror on her wardrobe.
Someone was standing behind her.
A tall,pale figure with hollow eyes and a smile stretched unaturally wide.
Her heart stopped.
Riya spun around -the room was empty.
Breathing hard she slowly turned back to the mirror.
The figure was still there.
Closer.
The smile wider.
She tried to scream, but fear sealed her voice the air felt icy heavy. Then a whisper brushed past her ear.
"Why did you stop smiling?"
The lights suddenly flickered on.
The mirror now showed only riya - pale shaking alone.
Relief washed over her.
Until she noticed something.
Her reflection...
Was still smiling.
