Chapter 10 - Opening

In the heart of Konoha Village, under the cover of darkness, Obito hid silently. His black cloak fluttered faintly in the night breeze as his scarlet eye, glinting with three spinning magatama, scanned the bustling village below. A cold fanaticism gleamed in his gaze.

"Come out, Kyuubi," he murmured, voice low and menacing. "Destroy everything you see!"

Suddenly, a massive shadow appeared in the sky above the village. With a deafening crash, it slammed down.

BOOM… BOOM… BOOM…

The earth trembled. Roofs splintered. Houses collapsed. The roar of the Nine-Tails rang through the night like thunder, vibrating through the village streets. Its nine fiery-red tails stretched across the sky, blotting out the moonlight. Within minutes, the village surrounding the tailed beast was reduced to chaos—debris scattered, bodies strewn across the blood-soaked ground. Rivers of blood ran freely, the metallic scent thick in the air.

Kyuubi swung its enormous claws, each strike obliterating buildings and killing countless villagers in an instant. No one dared approach—any who did were annihilated without hesitation.

Hearing the commotion, Konoha's ninja raced toward the source, fury and terror driving them. "For the village! Stop it!" they shouted.

But Kyuubi was beyond reason. It opened its monstrous mouth, and countless black-and-white sparks of chakra condensed in front of it, coalescing into a massive, spinning sphere. The air vibrated with raw, destructive energy.

The Tailed Beast Ball—the most devastating attack in the Nine-Tails' arsenal—shot forward. The ninjas who were hit vanished instantly, erased as if they had never existed. Its power was unfathomable.

Those who hadn't charged now hesitated, fear overtaking rage. Slowly, they regrouped and attacked in coordinated waves. "Hold your ground! We can't let it reach the village before the Hokage arrives!"

Explosions erupted across Kyuubi's massive body as hundreds of jutsu collided with its chakra, sending shockwaves of destruction around the battlefield. The beast howled in pain, its already twisted mind consumed with rage, standing upright and freeing its massive forelimbs. Each swipe sent ninjas flying through the air, their blood painting the ground.

"Impossible! How could the Nine-Tails break free from the seal? Where is Minato?"

The Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, had just arrived, standing atop a roof behind Kyuubi. His eyes widened in disbelief, bloodshot with fury.

At that moment, Kyuubi's head snapped toward him, sensing something. Scarlet eyes, imbued with the sharingan's signature tomoe, glared from beneath its fur.

"Impossible… a bloodline chakra?" Sarutobi whispered, stunned.

In that instant, a thousand thoughts raced through his mind. To his knowledge, only the long-dead Uchiha Madara had ever controlled the Nine-Tails. If not Madara, then who? Could there be another Uchiha strong enough to challenge him?

"Could the Uchiha clan finally side with the village?" Sarutobi muttered, tension etched across his face. Seeing the blood chakra, he dismissed all notions of outside interference. Only an Uchiha could have reached this level.

BOOM!

Sarutobi channeled the power of the Ape Demon King and launched himself toward the Nine-Tails. If Minato arrived in time, he could extract the beast with his Flying Thunder God Technique.

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the village, at the Uchiha compound, Akashi's father had also been dispatched on a mission. That night, the Uchiha Police Department had strict orders: protect civilians, stay away from the battlefield. The command had come directly from Danzo, leader of Root. Danzo had no intention of letting the Uchiha intervene, and Uchiha Fugaku had not protested.

Inside his home, Alex felt the monstrous presence of the Nine-Tails chakra.

What a terrifying amount of chakra! Could this be… the Kyuubi? It was overwhelming.

He stepped outside, eyes fixed on the direction of the village center. Up until now, none of the powerful beings he had encountered had revealed their full strength—but this… this was different.

The Nine-Tails' chakra crashed against his mind like a tidal wave—cold, malignant, and maddening. He staggered slightly, sensing every ounce of its terrifying power.

This was strength on a scale far beyond him. Compared to it, he was negligible. Could this truly be the strongest in the Naruto world? And even now, it was only a puppet, controlled by another! Later, there would be enemies far more formidable—Six Paths Madara, Kaguya Otsutsuki… the thought shamed him.

He felt a deep sting of inadequacy. His Saiyan blood, his previous training—it was still not enough. He could not slack off any longer.

"I need to become stronger. I must become a genin as soon as possible. I must face life and death… and grow," he thought fiercely, fists clenching.

Three emotions surged simultaneously—fear, shame, and determination.

His body reacted. Special chakra poured through his brain, crashing into his eyes. A sudden, fiery surge ignited within him.

He felt it—the awakening.

Alex's eyes began to change. Crimson filled his irises. A single magatama appeared in each eye, perfectly symmetrical. The bloodline awakened, the Sharingan opening for the first time.

Not long after, the magatama gradually faded, his eyes returning to normal, but the latent power remained. He could feel it, quivering just beneath the surface.

By then, Minato had arrived on the battlefield, extracting the Nine-Tails from Konoha and saving countless lives. Alex sensed the beast's chakra vanish into the distance and slowly turned back toward his home.

He needed rest. Tomorrow, training would double in intensity.

Days later, the Nine-Tails broke free once more and attacked Konoha.

The village lost many ninjas. The Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, perished, along with his wife, Kushina.

News of the disaster quickly spread to the leaders of other villages. Publicly, condolences were sent. Privately, many rejoiced at Konoha's misfortune. Political appearances demanded civility, but the loss was a strategic victory for Konoha's rivals.

Inside the village, the leadership scrambled to maintain order. The destruction was immense, the casualties staggering.

One urgent concern dominated their thoughts: how to protect and care for the orphans left behind.

Amid the chaos, life in Konoha would never be the same again.
