I've always been close to my best friend. We were always together although she was a girl and I'm a guy it was a great friendship. Joking around with her feels good and insulting each other like normal guys but it's a girl instead.
Then... One day... She was just suddenly gone... Her name,her face... I can't remember at all.... But I know she existed...
I asked around where'd she'd gone... They all answered the same...
"Luca... There's no one like that here..." My friend said.
Alex told me. He was also close to her and he was always with us.
"Our neighbor only have two children who's older than us... There's no daughter the same age like us...". Alex told me looking at me weirdly...
"Alex what do you mean?". I asked.
"She was always with us...".
I told him as I looked at him. My hand clenched into a fist, nails digging on my palm.
"We hang out just the other day at the arcade...".
I said to him my voice a bit confused.
"Luca... We were the only one who hang out the other day.".
He said to me. At that moment I felt weird... Why was Alex saying we were the only two when she was clearly with us?...
"You're acting strange today... Are you not feeling well?".
Alex asked me concern in his eyes.
"Yeah... I think I'm not feeling well today...".
I said as I stood up.
"I'm going home first...".
"Be careful on your way home!".
Alex yelled at my retreating figure, nyo knowing why since he never tell things like that...
As I walk, my surroundings turned dark and then a figure appeared Infront of me.
"####?..". I muttered.
"Luca!"
She looked at me while smiling. She look a bit blurry... I can't see her face clearly...
Her short hair looks good on her with her headband and her uniform fit her perfectly... Even though I can't see her face... I'm sure that's her...
"They told me you don't exist...". My voice choked up but I'm a bit relieve...
The figure suddenly became distorted, it became something horrifying. A woman all limbs turned at unnatural angle face covered in long thick hair. It wasn't her!
My blood ran cold at that moment, my feet refuse to move. I broke into a cold sweat as that woman crawled to me slowly blood leaving a trail.
"H-help..."
My voice trembled I was scared...
What's that thing?! Is this a hallucination?!
Suddenly a hand tappedy shoulder which made me so scared I fell down.
"That's why I told you to be careful on your way home...".
It was Alex! At that moment I felt relieve...
"Alex! What's that thing?!".
"Huh? That's a green ghost don't tell me you don't listen to our classes.".
I became confused at his remark... What does he mean by that?... A ghost? Isn't it all just a myth? It should not exist!
Alex just stared at me with our confusing while that ghost continue to crawl towards me.
"Luca..."
The ghost said. It's voice sounded like a broken record. It was trying to immitate her from my memory!
It was a truly terrifying sight blood dripping, hand extended, nails sharped, and it's eyes... It was empty only pitched black hole staring at me.
