As I lay on the ground, I grief of mister veron's and lady Sylvia's death, and so did Arthur.
Suddenly a voice echo in our heads, it was a message.
They both left us a will where we can use it as a mage as we grew up.
Arthur got grandma Sylvia's will while I got grandpa veron's will.
"And so I bid farewell to you two, king grey and (real name)"
How did they knew who we were? Questions go through my mind but we both continued forward.
We were looking like monkeys swinging through trees as we explored the forest and heard a girls voice.
We spotted some people and realized they were slave traders.
We both planned everything out to saved the said elf and did.
I went inside the carriage and saw the elf. I removed the ropes and the blindfolded and greeted her gently.
"Hey there, we came here to rescue you"
I smiled when Arthur pulled me and was about to leave but the elf cling to me as if it was a lost puppy.
We decided to let her come along our journey and help her walk back home.
And so, we traveled and told stories, we found out the name of the elf was tessia or Tess for short.
We slept together in tents and helped out each other.
But as days go by, Arthur and I noticed something was wrong with us, something painful in our chest coming frequently and hurting, especially mine as one time I fainted, making Tess and brother worried.
The next thing I woke up, I was already dark.
"Y/n" Tess hurried to hug as tears run down her cheeks and Arthur looking at me with relief.
"I'm fine now Tess" I reassured and told them the feeling I was going through, keeping Arthur's a secret.
"Will you be ok?" Tess asked and I nodded before we both sleep together in the tent.
Few days go by and we finally arrived at Tess's home, the kingdom of the elves.
We find out that Tess was a royal princess as guards greeted her and her parents rushing to hug her and check on her.
They brought us into the castle and we explained what happened.
They offered us to stay and Tess pulled both Arthur and I around the castle.
As we look to see some flowers, I immediately pulled Tess and brother grabbed the toy knife that was thrown by Tess's grandpa.
It was a tricked.
Both Arthur and the grandpa then spar and later offered to train both of us.
"Why me? I didn't spar"
"Well your eyes says it all"
He then mentioned the beast will once Tess left and offered to help us with it too.
"With that power, it comes with great responsibility"
The next day, we went to a cottage where we were able to contact our parents and tell them we were alright before we started our training with grandpa elf.
