Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Demon Emperor Returns

Long ago, during the Golden Age of Ruin, where gods and beings of high power would clash with no end in sight, no reason for their fighting, no thought behind their malice and mayhem, just a desire to be claimed the strongest in the world.

Wars that leveled entire mountains and cities, leaving nothing left in their wake.

Villages annihilated, thousands of humans slaughtered with each battle, whether organized or wild.

Farms were brought to utter ruin, leaving no food and many to starve to their deaths.

In all this chaos and destruction, one man would reign above it all.

The King of Destruction and Annihilation.

The Demon Emperor.

A lone fighter who was dressed in darkness and blood, leaving craters with every step, slaying gods without a lick of effort, tearing the very sky and land below his feet.

An unstoppable force of nature that all would quake at the mere name of.

But in the midst, where humanity had no choice but to fall back, one human would stick out from the rest, the Star King.

Blessed by the heavens themselves, he would march forward, using his own courage as motivation to slay the giant beasts that would run rampant across the land, a blinding hope that inspired humanity to fight back, bestowing his blood to others to grant them power, giving birth to races like elves, spirits, angels, and other pure beings, but seeing this, The Demon Emperor was amused, therefore, he did something similar.

Instead of passing his bloodline, he would create various bloodlines: succubuses, archfiends, ghouls, dark elves, and more dark beings.

These two races would clash at the will of their progenitors, drenching the soil in blood and turning the rivers red.

This war would last 50 years until the day had come, the day the Star King would confront the Demon Emperor and put an end to his reign.

Marching through the abyssal castle, where heavy malevolence was the only thing one could feel alone, the Star King, clad in white armor that oozed holy power, was not held down by the weight of such power.

Striking the large door before him, breaking it off the hinges, he stood face to face with a tall man dressed in black, a dark surge of energy threatening to throw him out the room.

The man's gaze was hardened, his pink eyes glowing brightly, his form human, yet his presence anything but.

"I have finally found you! Demon Emperor! I have come to bring the destruction of your empire!" Striking his sword to the ground, he used his own mana to push back, dispersing both energies.

"....aren't you something? Never thought I would see a human get so strong. You humans are normally so weak, and with those creatures you created, honestly, I have no reason to underestimate you."

The Star King pulled his sword from the ground, walking forward as he channeled everything he had into the sacred treasure of his family, Excalibur.

"Hmph, you use a sword against me. I would use my own, but I don't want this fight to end too fast." He would create a gun gesture with his hand, aiming it right at the Star King, "Don't die too quickly, okay? Bang!" With a single gesture, he shot a shockwave so strong it broke through all the floors of his castle, but the Star King had disappeared from where he stood.

"He's gone?"

Seeing this, he immediately turned around to see the Star King behind him.

"Star Strike!" He shouted, a voice full of vigor and might as he swung the blade, creating a line of sparkling light, cutting through the very structure itself, causing it to begin to collapse.

"Hahahaha! I will never understand why you humans love saying your attack names out loud!" Now in the air, he would spin like a ballerina in midair, throwing 10 giant balls of dark flames towards the king, each one the size of a city.

"You demon!" He shouted in anger. Jumping in the air, in one swift motion, it was as if the world itself had split into lefts and rights as a result of his attack, destroying every ball in sight.

"Hahahaha! Show me more!" He sneered, landing on one of the plates of his crumbling fortress, creating a sword of pitch darkness. "I won't use my signature sword just yet, so show me what you got. Show me you're worthy of it!"

A smile of nothing but malice was plastered on his face, his eyes glowing so brightly that they could blind all who gazed deep into them.

The Star King was unaffected by such an attack; however, channeling such mana into his sword that it had grown in length.

They would clash their swords for days, even entire months, as their battle continued, halting their own races from continuing the war they had started.

It was only thanks to the planet's immense size that the entire planet wasn't brought to ruin, with entire mountains leveled to flat surfaces and entire countries left as nothing more than barren wastelands from their endless conflict.

It was only after 3 months of fighting that the fight finally started to reach its conclusion. The demon emperor was stabbed in the chest by the holy Excalibur, and the star king was stabbed in the chest by the special sword that he had halted in drawing.

"You know, you're lucky I'm not using the full power of that sword. If I wanted you gone, it would have happened the moment it touched you."

"...Yeah, cough, I know." Dripping red came from the hero's mouth, the light from his eyes slowly fading.

"You know, during the fight, I cast a little spell out of my universal core's capabilities so we would meet again."

"...you did? What was it?"

"A reincarnation spell. I don't know how long it will take, but both you and I will be reborn at the same time once we both die here with all of our memories intact. Well, more so, we will be blank slates, and our memories will be transferred to those new slates."

"...oh, is that so? Then…I'll definitely kill you in the…next life."

"Heh, we'll see." The Demon Emperor looked up at the star king, realizing he had already passed away.

'Oh, it seems he's already dead. Well, hopefully once I get reborn, I can find myself some busty women. Maybe even get myself a group of ladies again. Well, only time will tell. Those bloodlines better not let me down.'

He would slowly close his eyes, his vision fading to black and then nothingness as he passed away too, and 2000 years would pass after their deaths, civilizations rising and falling over and over, as most races could not recreate their civilizations because of the ruin left behind by the two strongest beings to ever live.

From the ruin, the holy sword Excalibur would be taken away from the stone where the Demon Emperor was stabbed, his body having decayed over time, no longer there.

Those of the demon emperor's bloodlines had searched his broken castle for his throne, bringing it to their side.

They would still hold animosity towards one another, but they came to a truce, cutting the new country they inhabited in half.

One side for demon kind and the demon emperor's creations, and the other side of humanity and the star king's creations.

After such a long time, now in the present day, a beautiful brown-haired woman with breasts bigger than her own head would carry a baby in her hand, smiling gracefully as she gave birth to new life.

The husband, a handsome blonde man with a muscular form and golden eyes, would sit by, holding his wife close as they gaze upon their new child.

"What should we name him?"

"I don't know. Bob? Jeremy? Theodore? Nathan? There are so many to pick from. I never really thought I would have a child in the first place, so I can't really say much."

The bald baby would open his eyes, revealing bright pink eyes underneath the eyelids.

"My name is Ozul the Novel. Call me Ozul of course, with whatever your last name is." The baby had spoken his first words, and the parents didn't know what to say. They remained silent for 5 minutes, their brains processing the fact that their baby, who had just been born about 4 hours ago, was speaking to them in such well-structured sentences.

"Y-Y-YOU CAN TAAAAAAAALK!" They both shouted, in utter awe at what they heard.

"Hm? Of course I can. Now feed me milk, I'm hungry, and I want it from the source, please and thank you."

The other wasn't sure what to think anymore, but even still, she smiled warmly, rubbing the baby, "He said his first words. He's already growing up so fast."

"...so f-, he didn't grow up at all!"

She pulled her baby closer and breastfed him milk to his delight. He thought it tasted very good and knew he would miss it, especially since he did not intend to stay a baby for long.

Her husband was unsure of what to say, but he accepted it regardless, still glad they had a child of their own now.
