Several burly Orcs collapsed to the ground without even a chance to cry out.
In that single moment, the Orc Chief's Close Guard were all slain, leaving him completely alone in the middle of the battle formation.
At the same time, Kase, who had entered a state of [Frenzy], charged forward.
His Battle Axe sliced through the air in a perfect arc. A white mist swirled around it, shrouding the Axe Blade as it smashed into the Chief's shoulder.
The barbs on the Axe Blade bit into the Chief's shoulder like the teeth of a living creature. A bitter chill invaded his body through the wound, and a layer of White Frost condensed over his entire frame.
The Orc Chief was forced to one knee by the force of the downward chop.
His massive body trembled slightly, veins bulging beneath his skin as if he were fighting just to keep himself from collapsing.
