He looked up, his gaze firm. "Entrusting the lives of all our clansmen to a person like that... if the old leader were still alive, he would never have agreed to it."
The elders had already heard some of this, but hearing from Lang Qiu's own mouth that Lang Lie had actually fled in fear was utterly humiliating for them.
