「An hour later.」
Jiang Qingli and Xie Youchen sat side by side on a seaside reef.
The white foam of the waves slowly rolled in, washing over their ankles.
The seaside estate was vast, and the gentle sound of the waves was very relaxing.
Not far away, Chen Mi stood amidst a sea of fresh flowers and white gauze, directing a few people with the final adjustments. He then studied the design plan, stroking his chin and looking it over and over, thoroughly pleased.
"Do you like it?" Xie Youchen asked.
"I do." Jiang Qingli really did love the seaside. She closed her eyes to feel the ocean breeze, smiling as she chatted with him. "I thought I wouldn't get to see it until tomorrow."
"If there's anything you don't like, we can change it."
'It was rare for Xie Youchen to feel like he was handing in homework; he had never been this nervous, not even facing his teachers back when he was a student.'
