Leo Hale managed to shut the door to the neighboring house.
Holt Tate and the others fell into despair.

'If we have to die, at least it shouldn't be too painful. It's far better than being torn apart and eaten by zombies.'
With red-rimmed eyes, Holt Tate slumped to the floor.
"But I don't want to die. My mom is still waiting for me to come home."
